very quickly two sisters, two brothers...sisters were in a rich family in delhi. something happened to their parents had to move to rishikesh w/ their grandma who is very strict. Maanvi at first is opposed then she comes around, she does tackrar w/ Virat the younger brother of Viren...now the roka has happened but Viren has found out the Dr. Manan baat...and everyone is freaking out. Both families are very strict and traditional...basic summary but it really shouldn't be to hard to catch up..barely 4 weeks have gone by.

What is Seema Kapoor's role in this show? Is she Viren and Viraat's mother? Is she supposed to be a good character or a grey/negative one? Also, are Viren and Viraat real brothers or cousins?

Seema Kapoor aka Bua? She is bua. There is another sort of smaller simplier (aka less eyemakup looking woman) she is the mom.
Bua- we don't know about her character yet...she's super strict really loves Viren, could turn negative.
Mom- she seems to be positive.

Show is by Cinevistaas. Aka DMG production house.

Viren and Viraat are real brothers...although there is some speculation that Bua is actually virens mother...that would make them cousins.
