Kolkata is not a small town. Its one of the 10 largest cities of India and one of top 20 in the world.

But yes, Nitya did come from an ordinary middle class family, she represents the common man fighting against grave injustice done to her family by the rich and powerful family.

Durga doesnt have MPD, she tried to kill the Nitya inside her so she wouldnt get emotional and she could be ruthless or cruel on the path of vengeance.

It's Nitya's battle; Nitya wore Durga's mask -> Ek haseena thi in mask. Nitya in Durga's disguise.

I think when Shrutiravi talked about disorder it was a remark on constantly denying your identity and running away from it. It may not be exactly a disorder in Durga but the tendency in psychological terms is unhealthy. Not normal.

It reflects her lack of acceptance of self. And that is something she must address.

Regarding Sakshi knowing her identity. It had to happen someday. It was necessary as well. The battle had to be head on and face to face. It was Nitya who had challenged Sakshi that justice would be served one day. So it is natural that Sakshi learns Nitya is doing what she had promised. The same girl they all had underestimated or crushed years ago has now made them bite dust.

In movies also villain does learn real identity of the hero. In Mr India Mogambo learnt about Arun's identity and learnt what gadget he was using. He also kidnapped the kids. In Kaalicharan also the villain learns of hero's real identity, his lies and kidnaps his loved ones. The battle is always fought with both sides exposed to each other.
Even Durga was first one to learn about Sakshi's true identity as Sakshi Rehmat Khan!

Those who are fighting with each other, know each other inside out by the end of it all and give each other a tough fight based on increasing awareness of strength and weaknesses. Whether it is match or a war.

That is what is happening in the show.

@Anu you told it correctly. I didn't mean Durga has MPD but her denial of her true identity infact doesn't sound good to me. It is like if you accept it then you lose. That defo is not good. And coming to suicide Arya she says in first episode if " Agar ek saal mein paapiyon ki bali na chadayi tho mein khud bali chadungi".
That is not good according to me.

I see. I did not see that episode. I can now understand your point better.
