Did anyone notice the way the servant in the Goenka mansion comes and tell to Raj Sab Dev Bhaiyya has come.
Did you feel the difference. Both Raj and Dev are owners of that mansion or you can say both of them are business scion. Yet one is called Saab other Bhaiyya.
It clearly shows the marked difference between 2 men. One instills fears and get things done because people are afraid if something goes wrong they will be blamed, will be out of job, will be in jail or even can be killed.
Other instills respect. If they need to call Dev Bhaiyya obviously he will be dealing with all the servants in a dignified manner. He will be treating them as humans not as some machines who have no emotions.
When Raj told the servant is telling as if the owner of the house has come I wanted to tell him. Yes there wont be a servant in Goenka mansion who doesn't wish in his mind that the ownership of the house goes to Dev. After all people do love a humane existence.
In all his hurried existence to buy money, power and status what Raj has missed is to cultivate relations and command respect which his nephew has done in good amount.
Unknown to him every other servant in that house quietly respects Dev and if they are given a chance to choose between Raj and Dev without the fear factor Raj can very well count his days. Because fear factor is not eternal, but respect once earned is more or less eternal. Reason it is easy to frighten but it is very difficult to earn respect.
