Nobody ever said rajnath is innocent, but if rajnath loyalties are questioned towards sakshi then that's wrong but one more layer exposed of sakshi, she killed her hubby and threatoned raj to become Mrs Goenka...

As if Raj babu did not kill.

BTW why he married her? Why not get clip from her by hook or crook and refuse to marry her? Why have 2 kids with her? Why take 30 years and still not get clip?

He was legally married to her. So what he did was philandering because even Raima was married later to Jatin.

From legal POV loyalty has to be questioned.

It was an excellent episode. Sakshi's mixed feelings for Akram. Durga and Dayal back to planning and taking down Karan and Basu. Sakshi-Durga retort. I liked it the best. Durga should remember her pretense. I mean for the reply Sakshi gave no one can support her neither Dev nor Suchitra because she was running around proclaiming her unconditional and undying love for Shaurya.
Suchitra was the surprise package. I was little worried whether she will go back to telling beta sab bhool jhavo. Thank God she told she will have lunch with her son in their room.
I liked Dev- Kangana bonding too. It was nice of Dev to go to Kangana rather than avoiding her also because of what his cousin brother, chote papa and choti maa did. That is one thing that differentiates Dev and Durga from evil trio. They want punishment only for the criminals not for the innocent. Like they wont run down innocents like Raj and Sakshi did with Mitras or Bagchi's.

Sakshi definitely had a soft spot for the little boy Akram but that didnt stop her from eliminating him alongwith his father when it was the question of getting what she wanted...wealth and power by becoming Mrs. Goenka.

Im sure that the man who Rajnath killed in that vdo was his brother and Dev's dad, Arnab.
Rajnath was yelling at the guy he shot, saying something abt a scam and Goenka's loss.

So probably Rajnath had indulged in a scam for illegal profit, Arnab opposed it and was going to reveal the scam so Raj killed his older brother.

Sakshi recorded the murder as she was a reporter at that time. She showed it to Rehmat Khan but later on she hatched the plan to blackmail Rajnath, her ticket to wealth and position... and then she killed Rehmat because he had already seen that vdo.

I guess she wanted Rehmat to partner with her in blackmailing Rajnath and get money from him. But he refused and wanted to expose tape for truth. She did not agree and maybe decided to kill him and wriggle out of that life.

I wonder if she feels guilty and has soft spot for Akram then why she left him to die in that fire?

Yes Anu, It felt good watching EHT after a long time.

But its sad if they would rush to end it soon.

All along what is etched in our memory is that the Goenka trio always had their way and Durga is not able to come anywhere near them and most of the time failing

Dev and Suchitra are people with good heart. But they are shown as dumb. Durga and Dr.Dayal who made an interesting entry to wage a war for justice suddenly lost their pace and plan and the show mostly focused on the evil emerging victorious with not much for the good and smart people fighting for justice and showing them more dumb

The show cannot be rushed off with Durga becoming lucky all of a sudden and emerging victorious in the last few episodes without giving the feel that Good prevails over evil, because we would never get to know how if the story is rushed.

Now that Durga started focusing on Shaurya's friends, the story must not be rushed. There should be proper logic in planning and execution in exposing them.

Durga should also focus on that girl who was supposed to be Payal's friend, the doctor and Mukherjee. Mandal should also not be spared.

But is this all possible in few weeks?

Absolutely agree with you Harini! Especially your point about Durga not being able to do anything.
It seems Goenkas are failing and falling inspite of Durga, not as a result of her plans.

Anu and others, this was a good epi. Simone was absolutely fantastic in the those first few minutes. Her body language, expressions everything was so perfect. Hats off Simone for that brilliant piece of acting, she surpassed herself in that scene. 👏

Yesterday's epi felt almost Shakesperean in its depiction of a a woman who knows the end is near. It was as if Lady Macbeth is unravelling with the coming of Banquo's ghost in the feast in the form of Akram. lady Macbeth washes her hands endlessly, Sakshi plays the piano. Yet she manages to keep her cunning and remains strong.

Rajnath, a Macbeth-like figure but without Macbeth's innate nobility, is himself is so power drunk, and deluded that he has lost all sense of proportion. He can go to any extent, no one matters, not wife, not children to get what he want- the throne in the form of Raima.

Shaurya is the physical incarnation of the evil living within Sakshi and Rajnath- he is a product, physically and mentally of all that is evil in them

This is the beginning of the end. Nothing good ever comes of evil intent, for it carries within it the destruction of its very perpetrators.

Such a pity they are rushing this to an end, There was so much they could have done. I don;t want it to run endlessly like the other mindless shows, but doing justice to the exploration of the nature of evil and good and the interplay between the two and destiny. They wasted so much time on meandering around with saas bahu drama, and Durga and Dayal trailing about not doing anything making worthless vows of revenge.😡

@Japonica, Yes, they should show a logical way of exposing the people. It might be Karmic justice which is now getting at Rajnath and Sakshi. But it would have been nice to watch if Durga played an important role in getting justice to Payal.

They had only been dragging in the last couple of months. Wish so much to be done and in a logical and convincing way, hope they dont rush things with Durga getting lucky and exposing all the people.

That girl, The doctor, Mukherjee, Mandal every one has to be exposed in a logical way like the others.
