- Jatin tells Rajnath that Sakshi tried to kill Raima because she knows about RajMa affair;
- Mr. Bhattacharyya says the video clip Durga has acquired is sufficient for bail. Mr.B asks for copy of the tape, but Durga says she will take it to court. There is flashback of how tape was stolen in Payal's case.
- Jatin calls Sakshi and Sakshi denies she has anything to do with Raima's death. She tells him not to call her again, but mentions all the money she has paid him for the videoclip. Rajnath beats Jatin for giving the videoclip to Sakshi
- Jatin asks again for protection from Sakshi. Rajnath says to stay alive he must never betray a Goenka. Per him Jatin has already betrayed one Goenka who knows what will happen if he betrays yet another one.
- Durga thinks to keep the videoclip safe. Just then Sakshi comes to her room - they have some Tu-Tu-Mein Mein session. Sakshi tells Durga not to stress about not being able to save Dev...her effort to capture the nurse was wasted. Durga lets Sakshi be happy
- Rajnath recalls Sakshi's recent change in behaviour as regards Raima. Sakshi asks Rajnath why he didn't answer her call earlier. He says he is started realizing things...but, keeps his realization to himself and is determined to acquire the videoclip first.
- Rajnath pulls a gun on Sakshi. She wonders to herself if Rajnath has figured out the truth.
- Rajnath asks Sakshi to shoot him in an about turn as Dev will be released tomorrow and take the Goenka empire. Sakshi tells him to cool down while Rajnath con'ts to fake her out with the demand to shoot him.
- Sakshi is adamant that Dev won't be released tomorrow and they will plant further evidence against Dev. She wants to calm Rajnath so as to control him. Rajnath planning to destroy Sakshi while he con't to pretend he is falling apart. He plans to kill Sakshi once he has the tape.
