director forgot or didn't do proper home work

'dev's allegation is yet not proved how come he kept in jail like prisoners doing work and stay with real criminals yet allegation not proved na?

LOL exactly 😆 I was thinking that special bullets were used. The purpose of shooting wasn't to kill Dev but to make him dumb. 🤣

Yes, his allegations have yet not been proven, but in India for some crimes people can still go to jail if the cries are not yet proven. However, they did not show if the offence is bailable or not.

If it is bailable, then why haven't they found a lawyer to bail him?

It is usually only the poor who stay in jail if their crimes are still being investigated whereas the rick find some loophole to get out.
