On what basis is this case a fast track case ? CVs want to make us believe that the Goenkas literally rule the judiciary system. In that case why do they need to change the facts. Go ahead and scream aloud ,' Yes he raped Payal but he is Goenka so he is not to be punished'
Goenka asks the misniter to make it a fast track case and Ta- dah! its done. Even Harry Potter takes more time to do some great magic like this.
The case is to be taken to the court tomorrow and the police is using third degree now😆 Its the biggest joke of the year. How can they produce him tomorrow with such grave injury marks?
Coming to Mandal babu. His phone records can tell the court that he contacted Mrs. Goenka quite often and also before the murder was even attempted. Why ?
WHy didn't Mandal babu search the crime scene first ? What made him believe the car was to be searched first ?
WHy did Dev didn't kill the maid instead of taking Raima to the hospital ? His gun had some bullets.
The maid saw Dev with Raima. He wasn't wearing any gloves and the gun has no finerprints. Even the gun was not there when the maid saw her. If he was already out of hte house to hide his gun in the car, what was he doing in the house again ?
What justifies the motive of the crime committed ? Why would he murder someone who is suppose to be the most important clue to his search mission ?
Dev entered the house as Raima invited him. For the motive Dev has been arrested, there has to be a confrontation between the two before the gunshot. WHy the maid didn't hear anything ?
The gun is not local made. Whose gun is this ? Is it a registered weapon and if not why didn't the accused dispose the weapon while he was driving to the hospital ?
The creatives and the makers as a whole boosts on spending crores on making such shows. They also seem to be proud about their hectic working hours. Why can't they spent some money on hiring a legal expert who can guide them while making one such track ?
