Things dont go this way in a show you know. People got to go critical and miraculously cured the next moment and exactly released from the hospital in a couple of minutes. Remember Dev baba's hospitalisation ?

They have given time to fuel Rajnath's anger at Dev, push Durga from pillar to post and give chances to Sakshi to try and attack Raima again or go lax thinking she is in coma what will she do now.

That doctor is doubt worthy, he is Dayal's set up doctor may be. And Raima not in coma definitely.They skipped that scene, its Durga Raima game, possible.
