If raj killing his brother for name and fame stories are true than there's absolutely no element of surprises in him letting dev get arrested .He doesn't consider suchitra or dev as goenka's as both sakshi and raj have mentioned time and again that shaurya is the only waaris,in other words legal heir;indirectly indicating a zero. for suchitra and dev

for the evil trio dev being away from home is what they want be it in jail or US . if they. were able to succesfully eliminate arnab then surely they would have made similar plans for his family as well.

I dont think he is not behaving like a ashique.Its called Behti ganga me haath dhona He knows exactly where lies the root to this problem. If the police investigates further his affair with Raima may become public. Also, now that Dev knows Shaurya is a rapist Dev needs to be wiped out . If it is done automatically why should he bother ?
