Actually I am on break. But after watching sat epi couldn't help but put this post via my mobile. Case is quite weak.Except for the fact the maid saw Dev, gun that is going to be in found in his car and of course the phone calls. The real issue being maid shouting . Loop holes as I see it

- Dev instead of panicking and running away had called ambulance. When it was delayed Dev took Raima to hospital because of which she is alive.

- Most probably Dev's finger prints cannot be found in gun but glowse will be there. Even if he used glowse when the maid saw him there was blood in his hand.

- When he took Raima to hospital he told maid the hospital name. Why would an assassin take one's victim to hospital. Is it to expose himself

The real issue can happen if Raima opens her eyes and tells Dev as her assassin. But even if she tells that she wouldn't get anything. Because Sakshi has the tape. If Dev is implicated also Sakshi will never allow her to live. She will make another attempt. But I don't know CVs can do anything. They can make Raima tell Dev was the assassin.

Also one more thing can happen. Raj can try to pin the lawyer's absence also to Dev. The watchman of lawyer's house knows Dev who had come to meet Agnihotri. What if he is bribed.

But my whole point of this post is not that. My question is, in this trail is history gonna repeat itself. I mean all proofs are against Dev now with an eyewitness claiming he is the murderer. Is Durga going to break each proof against Dev exactly the same way Sakshi did during Payal rape case. Each witness, each proof was tampered during Payal rape case. Will Durga be able to do the same with these proofs too.

From solid proof against Dev will finally Durga be able to drive this case towards Payal rape case. Dev was done enough blunders trying to find out about Payal rape case. Will Durga take advantage of it. For me this if driven correctly this looks the best opportunity for Durga to reopen the Payal rape case legally. But will CVs give us that. I sincerely hope so as I am a big fan of court room dramas.

Dev will be spared somehow. The whole track has been introduced so that Dev baba learns Durga is actually Nitya.

Durga will try to help Dev but Dev baba will refuse. At some point a frustrated Durga will spill the beans herself. Tried and tested formula and nothing new in it. As for the case Durga still has the copy of the RajMa tape. She can either show that in the court or blackmail the Goenkas to save Dev somehow. Besides, Durga is a mini Sakshi. I think she is a good manipulator and she will manipulate everything.

I am so tired of Dev baba's dialogues and his actions which severely lacks coordination to begin with. He is losing one after another and yet concentrating on increasing his number of failures.

His way of accusing Raima and the Goenkas openly helped neither him or his sach dhundo abhiyaan. One basic fact about fighting a war is you cannot fight it alone.

THose who manipulated the case

Those who made Nitya disappear

Those who attacked him and Payal

Those who disappeared rather killed the lawyer

Will they spare Raima after this ?

There were ways to know the truth. Only good thing he did was to confront his mother. He should have done that long before.

When Raima regains consciousness (if she is not killed by Sakshi by then) she can strike a deal with Sakshi. She can ask for the crucial 'tape' from Sakshi in exchange for her silence re Sakshi's attempt on her life. If Sakshi drives a hard bargain then she may be able to get Raima to implicate Dev in exchange for the tape.

The games people play- the possibilities are endless!

Yes the case does look very week, provided the CVs also proceed logically and does bring in the unnecessary non-sense usually associated with others serials.

In case the person shoot someone some sort of residue in left on the body of the shooter, which can be smelled by others.

When the SMS from Raima's phone was sent, Dev was at the Goenka Mansion. It must have taken some time to reach Raima's place. This time factor can also be played in Dev's favor.

Even though the gun was found in Dev's car, the car itself was not searched, and gun not plucked out in front of everyone's eyes. It was all done behind the door of the car. A good Lawyer can easily point this out.

Even if the gloves are found, and they have to be found, they will contain the DNA samples from Sakshi's hands, thus implicating her.

Even if it is argued that Dev, while trying to extract info from Raima shot her, then also it can be said the such a person who intends to extract info will usually shoot in the leg, or arm, try hurt but not kill. Kill the victim will render him/her useless and not further info can be obtained.

There are many things that are senseless in this because firstly sakshi entering Raimas house like without keys. Then Sakshi keeping fun in Dev's car without keys. When the cop wanted the key for his car, Dev have it to him. So this means Dev had locked the car. How did sakshi put the gun in his car ? Weird!
