Leave aside all the saas - bahu thing and just look at Sakshi Goenka. The way she carried the epi yesterday. Her confidence. My God what a planner. She knows exactly what she wants. She knows how to get what she wants.She very well know when her power is threatened. And she will ensure let whatever happen she will never allow people who threaten her power. They will be punished the way she thinks right for them.

She gave an open challenge to Durga clearly spilling the beans on you have Shaurya on your side now. Durga didn't take that seriously. Success went into her head prematurely. She didn't know Sakshi is a game changer.

And phew by the time she realized it , it was far too late in the game. Dr Dayal tried to threaten the Goenka's with " beti ki izzat " dialogues and Pandit with muhurat going on. Well the lady was exactly waiting for those dialogues. She was anticipating those questions and she was well infact very well prepared for it. That's how you prepare Durga. In a head on fight you anticipate the move of other adversary and have solid plan to tackle it.

The way she went on telling I am a mother and marriage stopping at mandap is not right for any girl. Durga doesn't deserve it and she just said sorry to Suchitra and announced publicly Dev will marry Durga. The way she stood in front of Dev apprising him for quite some time I would say the best scene of yesterday.

She had decided. She didn't need any approvals. Dev had to marry Durga means Dev had to marry her. By making the announcement publicly she has put everyone Rajnath, Suchitra, Dev and Dayal in deep soup.

She knows Rajnath cares for family name, Suchitra cares for sanskaars and Dr Dayal after telling who will marry my daughter cannot back of while she is giving him an eligible bachelor from the family itself as groom for his daughter.

With one stroke she decided the punishment for both Dev and Durga for trying to go against her will. By taking away Nithya from Dev once and for all and taking Durga to her house where no one cares for her and giving her a husband who she very well knows loves another woman.

She has seen the hostility between Dev and Durga and is sure by putting them in a forced marriage she is taking away happiness from both their hands.

Hats off to you Sakshi👏👏👏. This is what you call power personified.

Sakshi became successful in making Shaurya think that Durga has some reason behind all this...She is the real player ..Durga needs to go a lot more to get even with her...All her moves made Sakshi even more powerful...

Years spent growing up alone and fending for herself have hardened Sakshi. She has seen more of the world than anyone else including manor born Rajnath or US return Dr Dayal.

See how she started buttering Suchitra in advance and started creating quarrels between her and Dev!

She is often ignorant. But when she is focused then it is razor sharp, all round and well planned.

Where others' thinking ends, hers begins!

Durga claims she knows Sakshi. But never anticipated how Sakshi turns even tragedies to her advantage.

I say she is also making Shaurya realise how wrong he was for not listening to her.

It's a message that he suffered the moment he stepped out from under her wings. And that he should return to her now - his only well wisher.

Sakshi is hitting many targets with one arrow.

Well I kind of disagree. Sakshi is not really that sharp . Everyone else is blunt here.

As they say Andho me kana raja or rather kani rani.

Sakshi openly challenges Durga but what does Durga do ?

She stands there like a statue all the while and later joins Dayal only to tell, " Hume sambhalke chalna hoga "

.Like what was she thinking ? Sakshi will open her arms to invite her destruction in the form of Ms. Thakur ? Of course she doesn't know Durga is Nitya but she of course knows Payal and the rape case has something to do with Durga.

When Sakshi accused Durga openly, it was the time to brainwash both Shaurya and Rajnath and make Sakshi's own family go against her. Lekin ji nahi, Durga devi is planning otherwise. What plan ? Well, ye to barah mulko ki police dhund rahi hai par serial me logic dhundna mushkil hi nahi namumkin hai.

Dayal exchanged his daughter's death certificate to that of Nitya's. Yes, this man is that clever. Nitya wasn't in that state to make any plan at that point of time.He made a full proof plan on his own. He took Nitya to US and gave her a new identity. He taught her everything about Durga and her life. What happened to that confident, wise and sharp Dayal ? From the role of Lord Krishna to Dhritarastra. What a transformation that too without a plastic surgery or a brain transplant.

Sakshi didnt make the Goenka empire. It was Rajnath and his family who created this name and fame that belongs to Goenka. He was suppose to be cunning and manipulative. Where is that Rajnath now ?

Why is the minister's son Karan so scared of Goenkas ? Can anyone explain that ?

And last but not the least, Akash.Is he still employed or he is jobless now ? He works neither for the Thakurs nor for the Goenkas. Also we have no idea where his already invisible boss has vanished all of a sudden.

I don't blame the makers. From the time immemorial the makers are using this strategy . Its like a part of the game. To make one wise, make other an idiot. To make one an ideal bahu, make another an evil saas and so on. In another such show since the lead was suppose to be calculative and brilliant police officer, the other one who is surprisingly his senior will miss the most obvious clues. Surprise surprise.. that was also a star plus show and dealt with the theme of revenge.😆

@dey that open challenge itself was beautifully packaged by Sakshi. The dialogues she used implied she will torture Durga post her entry in Goenka mansion.

Durga took the threat post marriage. Sakshi just like in Divya Bagchi track has gone ahead by that time to the extent of planning to put Dev in Shaurya's place.

The way she went on apprising Dev and Durga post her open challenge was really good. She was checking were Devga stood in their relationship status. The cold reception they gave each other made her decision more correct. She focus on minor things in her plan. She is so subtle. I have not seen another negative character who is as subtle as Sakshi Goenka.

I agree with you. But only partly.

The operative word here is "focus". Sakshi easily nails the task she is focused at. Even if she is ignorant of other aspects at times.

She might not have built Goenka empire but she helped sustain it by helping Rajnath in each manipulation and covering it up. From day one Rajnath might have thrown weight anywhere but always cowed down in front of Sakshi.

She was sharp enough to use others' experience to her own benefit too. Nitya learnt nothing. But Sakshi used Payal's statement only to recreate exact trauma for her.

This proves her sharp mind.

She senses threats much before Rajnath. He might hate her but he never messes with her, lets her be and himself asks what should they do then. It's been like this from day one. Not a recent change.

She helped cover up rape case primarily. Later also Rajnath didn't bother but it was she who pursued Bagchi, figured out at once he was not blind.

Yes Dayal and Durga have been dumbed down. They claim to know Sakshi but do not. They failed.

Still Sakshi's sharpness, ability to gauge people yet herself get away unscathed is unmatched.

Others think at one point. She thinks all the time. That is why if she is focused once then she is ahead of others.

She functions the best alone whereas others are unable to match her even if putting 3 heads together.

Not a joke for a streetgirl to become queen of such an empire. She does have smarts which is why she is here.

There is no doubt she is a tough cookie.

Sorry but Durga only had weapon of exploiting lust to make Shaurya do anything. She cannot make new plans to turn situation on its head at last moment the way Sakshi does.

Durga relies on luck. Sakshi goes for pluck. And pluck is always more reliable than luck.

I wish Thakurs weren't dumbed down. Rather they need to learn from their adversary to beat her at her own games.
