Did the channel promise us women empowerment couple of years ago ?

Did they really keep the promise ?

I can't believe Indian makers thought of such an inspiring song.

Kudos to the makers for such a brilliant song👏

but apply the theme sometimes when you make a show.

Durga's marriage plan to seek revenge is a strict NO NO. Common makers women don't need men to fulfill their aim in life.

Women empowerment means marriage in Star Flush universe. Those anthems mean nothing.

These PH promise Big words but never follow with action .

They chicken out when it comes to showing women are better and can out think men when put to the test.

Most of the audience is made up of women one would think showing them strong and capable would garner bigger audience.

that anethem is one of the beautiful and meaningful one.. but unfortunately none of the SP show did justice to it.. all saas bahu craps.. eht was supposed to be different.. but thanks to cvs..

Take it from me in writing - there will be pheras, sindoor, mangalsutra drama in Airlines also. Woman pilot will ultimately fight saas bahu battles and kitchen politics.

Never understimate illiterate TRP aunties that Star Plus caters to.

My problem with such shows is that they hardly show any professional life for women and even if they do they somehow mix up their personal life in it.

For example : The girl works in some company's office and will eventually fall for her boss.

The girl is lawyer or a police woman and she will have to deal with one such case which involves her own family member.

Yup the song is super nice but almost all the serials with exception of some, is about saas bahu where the bahu is ever mindful, obidient, bashed most of the time...so, I do not know how to connect to the song...
