In a war both sides suffer. Actually the cause defines which side has the ultimate victory. I mean in victory you have to think about did the cause for which you stood won. By that the honour of Payal should be restored. She should not be seen as a girl who faked rape to get married into Goenka family.

And what Durga doing currently cannot get that is what I feel. She can kill the 3 Goenkas and commit suicide also. She can also kill 3 of them telling she did it for her sister and then go to jail. But in both scenarios Payal wont get justice as the world will never believe her unless the case is properly reopened in the court, tried and guilty verdict passed for all the 4 rapists.

She is now doing things emotionally, I mean blind revenge because she is afraid something will happen to Payal, something will happen to Dev and she is unable to protect any of them.

Making Shaurya paralyzed will only make Sakshi more vengeful and she will go any extent to dig Durga's identity and prove herself right.

She has to let go of the fear. Harm will come. Not only to her, but to her loved ones Payal, Dev, Dr Dayal anyone but that should not deter her from going for what she believed in first place. Justice for Payal.

but this is just the stepping stone...i guess durga will go ahead with her marriage plans...i dont know wat her plans is after marriage but let me take it that she has some concrete plans which will make the goenkas confess their crime...maybe after marriage durga will get to stay with the goenkas under one roof and this will make it easier for her to capture all the weaknesses of the goenkas...she will also see inspite of the masks that they wear all the 3 goenkas do not trust each other implicitly...she may take advantage of this and create rift btwn them...
already shaurya is thinking y his mom is bent on proving him as rapist...somehow durga will create a situation wen all 3 goenkas will becomes enemies of each other...and ultimately will confess their individual crimes...

but for all of this durga has to marry shaurya first...and we all know after marriage durga cant stop shaurya from sleeping with her...so the first thing is to do that is make him physically disable so no question of suhaag raat and all...IMO
