Durga's tears in precap

I mean Dev was not there when the rape happened, he was not a witness to any of the court proceedings and in the end Payal herself has retracted her statement telling it was consensual. Every person has done character assasination of Payal.

But Dev was speaking in favour of Payal and asking why Payal retracted the statement. It is a shock for Durga. She has made Dev her enemy with a single email without thinking for a second why? She knew him closely for years, she knew his values, his ideals, his likes, dislikes everything everything as a friend. But one email for her wiped out the entire beautiful relation with him. I mean not love, but friendship

She didnt feel like questioning why and how? whereas Dev was questioning Payal's retracting statement just based on his past experience with the girl that too with conviction. Payal will not accuse not only Shaurya but anyone else too without a reason. She is not that type of girl. I know her from childhood.

Didnt Nithya know Dev from childhood. Didnt she feel the need to investigate the email before jumping to conclusion about him. True he was not there for her. But did that email warranted him to be put in the bracket of Shaurya. Didnt he deserve a chance atleast to explain his part of the story. Whether she is convinced or not is secondary. But the chance to explain didnt Dev deserve that. Which she didnt give being his best friend.

I guess her tears are because of that realization, I guess it is because of that she breaks down.

I guess the returning of that locket to Dev by Durga was symbolic. That locket had some external dent , but internal pic was intact. Just like their friendship which had been dented from outside by external forces, however the connect is still there from the fact that Dev feels comfortable with Durga, I mean he was able to confess his love for Nithya to her. And Durga by running for him to save him still cares for him.

Durga got the answer, what she wanted to know, he never betrayed her, she found guilty feelings in Dev for not being there beside nithya when she needed him most. Because of her realisation of misunderstanding Dev.

Just like SURYA, Devga also has an uniqueness about them. If SURYA were the 2 different individuals fate has united as soulmates, Devga are the pair which are soulmates yet destiny has seperated them.

I am hoping to get another nice pic of Devga.

And yes, Durga should have investigated why Dev didn't come when she needed him the most instead of jumping to the conclusion!! And her tears were because I also think she was feeling guilty for judging him without knowing the reason and also thinking of him as a villian 😳

Anyways since now she has come to know that he loves her she can easily ask him where was he when Nitya and Payal needed him the most. She can ask now as Durga and clear her the leftovers of misunderstandings

I know. This is the right time she can pour out her questions to him since he is opening up to her. I have a strong feeling that Durga's MU will be cleared fully by that episode.

Nitya was all alone in that battle and it was long since Dev had left for US. She was the lone fighter and I suppose she must have been discouraged by parents also against taking up this fight. She was pushed against the wall with all manipulations and betrayal (including from classmates). So it is natural for her to be baffled by that email. I don't see anything wrong with it.

Plus the aftermath of that case (death of parents, her own accident, Payal been given electric shocks and medicines to make her mad, their defamation and wiping out of their family and home) could have toughened her and made her perceive Goenkas and world with lot of negativity.

Why do you ignore the torture she went through? Who can think of childhood friendships or romance then? All she knew was that she was alone.

I think she cried because of all those memories. Nothing special to do with Dev. She always cries and goes out of balance when that case and Payal are mentioned.

I am surprised and partly disappointed that Durga's torture and turmoil is also ignored to interpret and focus on beautiful relation and feelings towards Dev!

Now a guilt will come over her, I misjudged this guy😃, what was the need for it in the first place if she had simply asked why

I just described that only in my previous post that how and why she judged Dev the way she did. It was very natural for her to do so in such a situation. Anyone in her place would do the same. Or perhaps even be more bitter.
