Sakshi's emotions as a mother and Durga's emotion as a lover came to fore tonight.
Sakshi was constantly looking at Shaurya even in car and he was trying to avoid eye contact.
Totally frustrated.🤢 Standing with clothes on in shower perhaps to wash away stress of a failed plan.😆
He thinks he has fooled his mother and is infallible. Just cannot digest his mother doubts him and his plan failed. 😡
Mukherjee (he is that police wala no?) called to warn him. But instead of paying attention he simply bashed him for not covering up his blunder and threatened him that truck case would also reopen and even he would be in trouble as he was involved in cover up.😆
Shaurya never regrets his action. Never thinks over. All he knows is blundering, getting others to cover up his blunders. If anything goes wrong he will not consider not doing wrong anymore but instead mull over why the wrong wasn't covered up!
Still that ego of being the Shaurya Goenka, reminding others of aukaat and threatening them to strip off their vardi!🤢
People support Shaurya out of fear, lures or love. And get trapped in quicksand themselves as Shaurya drags them down along with him. He himself only drowns and knows nothing. Just relies on blackmailing others to save him and themselves from drowning.
Perhaps this is why rich and well connected rarely fall. As they are not brought down alone. They bring down many others who are connected to them.😲
I enjoyed watching Shaurya's tension and restlessness tonight. 😆
Sakshi shared doubts with Rajnath and he dismissed it! I thought he had noticed Shaurya's reactions in hospital! 😕 He is actually a foolish and uninvolved father who has still not learnt about his son despite being blackmailed himself by him.🐷
I liked how Sakshi pointed out to him that Shaurya was crazy about Durga and betted on her and saw Dev as a threat/rival and if he could rape for a bet earlier then he could go to any extent now also.
Rajnath thinks such planning could not be done by Sakshi's son. I loved how Sakshi reminded him that he was his son too and being his son he could surely have carried out a planned assassination attempt.😉
It was a clear hint towards Rajnath's past.😈 I think Sakshi's equating Arnab da and Dev with him and Shaurya was a clear hint towards Rajnath's involvement in wiping off Arnab.
Rajnath was taken aback but still not convinced.
Sakshi's biggest fault is that she does not put Shaurya on right path or discipline him. She points out his wrongs. She scolds and laments. But finally she just wants to know details of what he did so that she could cover it up and save him in time. This is why her scolding is of no use because son knows mommy will handle it.
Rajnath says let CBI handle it and find proof whereas Sakshi as a mother knows that if proof comes out and points towards Shaurya then it will be too late. 😲
Shaurya then landed up at Karan's house and got pitch drunk.🤪 Drowning in alcohol is all he knows. Karan now thinks Shaurya shouldn't have done this. Why was he jumping earlier then? Even Karan can judge how Sakshi has nearly figured out it is Shaurya who did this.
Sakshi was so restless. Roaming about the house alone, entering Shaurya's empty room.
I liked her conversation with Shaurya. Itni raat ko ghar se bahar wohi rehte hain jinhe koi darr hota hai.👏 She needled him well.😉 Shaurya is so shameless that he could only bark about being with Karan and got him to bark to Sakshi to prove he was with him. No concern about mother. Only barked about why she doubted him and she did not treat him this way even as a teenager. Her reply was good. He was not that bad as a teenager but the kind of things he did now could put any mother into depression.😒
I feel Sakshi failed as she ignored small faults of Shaurya as a kid and a teen. She kept protecting and pampering him and now is herself baffled seeing what a monster she nurtured. Her dialogue perhaps hinted at her fate. She was on the brink of slipping into depression.🤔
Shaurya and his friends with benefits! Barked to Karan to ask his dad to get CBI off this case. These boys only know how to live off parents' power! Parasites!😡
Shaurya returned tumbling and wobbly at home. Stinking of alcohol. Realised later that he drank too much and mom would be angry. Popped a stupid mouth freshener to fool mom. 🤢
But she knows. And she can't be fooled. She implored him to share truth with her before it was too late but he did not divulge any detail.
Rajnath's thinking of Shaurya as a fool and Shaurya's thinking of himself as too smart who could handle affairs on his own - are going to bring about trouble and his downfall as they take things lightly.
Now on Dayal and Durga.
Dayal wanted Nitya to open up tonight. 😊 He wanted her to break silence. Whether it was in car or at home he kept needling her well and compelled her to face her feelings.
While I would have liked them to discuss weird behaviour of Shaurya also and not just focus on Dev and locket, still Dayal's scenes were handled well.
Nitya should get over that email. It could have been a result of hacking. Why not keep that possibility in mind?😕
But I like her being cautious because Dev never kept in touch via any other medium and even for viewers his obsession with locket and passion yet absence of two years is hard to make sense of.
Nitya just doesn't want to get hurt again it seems.
She seems surprised that Dev loved her. She is yet to admit herself that she too felt for him more than a friend.
It is new and difficult fact for her to face as both Nitya and Durga.
Dayal surprises me. Of course aatma of Nitya and Durga is same. But how could he think of Dev knowing about Durga's real identity and professing love to her? Is it a hint of future episodes? 😲 How does he think Durga would go about her life and goals, if she also admits she loves Dev? He is a part of Goenka clan after all. Ever thought what would become of Payal?
Anyway I am relieved Durga took off Dev's pic from her map of targets.👍🏼
Suchitra met Dev finally and put that teeka on his forehead. Good she met him first in morning. Poor woman has nothing else except her faith and her son to live by.😭
Akash had been taking care of them all. Good!👏 A very loyal man.
I liked the exchange between him and Suchitra. 😊 So caring and family-like! Both asked each other to eat something and take rest. Suchitra said he cared for Dev like a brother. Akash also said he felt like Dev was his brother.
Contrast that with how Sakshi and others treat Akash!🤢 Cold, distant and like a servant. They bark at him and treat him like a slave. Keep distance. No warmth or politeness. No wonder nobody's loyal to them!😡
Their relations are defined by power and status. No place for any emotion or ethics.👎🏼
Durga wanted to confirm Dev's feelings. Finally got answer by visiting him at hospital.
Funny how he regained consciousness and is talking and moving so soon.😃
Too much power of lockets, tilaks and dhagas I guess.😆
Durga was still in control when Dev confessed he loved Nitya. But in precap she lost all control when he mentioned Payal and discussed the case.😲
It will be very tough for her when past with Payal is discussed. Or dead parents are brought up. I think that will be giveaway of her identity to Dev. She can run away from love because she has no thought for it as of now. But she cannot run away from painful past.
Precap and flashbacks were very emotional. They show what a burden Durga and Payal have been carrying on their minds.
A fairly nice episode. But they should avoid repetitive, long drawn flashbacks and not lose sight of clues about culprits in attempt to rake up emotions.
Dayal, Sakshi, Shaurya, Durga, Suchitra - acted best tonight.👏
