Dev had an accident,he was fainted. Durga and Dr DAyal took him to the hospital. In the hospital Durga was shown teary while she opened Dev's locket. Sanjeeda said Durga is always shown to be a strong woman but now we will also get to see her emotional side.
And there were some off screen fun moments.

Dev was shot 😆 and finally we'll see Nitya's feelings for Dev. Anyways can you please tell me the full name of the show where it had been shown? so that I can search it on internet?

Okay,I'm sorry I was not sure I thought he met an accident. It was shown on newsnation ,you may check their site...:)The show's name was serial aur cinema.
