@leavesand waves I agree to you to some extent. I feel they are setting up Dev as a guy who rarely show any emotions outside unless otherwise hugely provoked. I mean his dialogues are always measured and direct. His pain is never reflected deep. I mean his talk to Gautham was not very emotional.

I had liked his reaction when he goes to Nithya's house first time and that man provokes him. Same is the case when he confronted Durga on Payal. I mean I had loved that confrontation scene, also in his talk with Gautham asking him to stay away.

But to check whether my character analyis was correct I need to see how he is gonna react when he knows Durga is Nithya or when that fact comes in front of him Shaurya kept a bet on Nithya. For me he is a volcano that is just simmering

It was realy surprising..frankly I expected Dev to be injured & Nitya's concern side for Dev but the end shocked me to the core. I must say Dev managed to hold coolness & presence of mind. Loved the total execution.

Let's see what does that Shaurya has to do now.

I was referring to Amol Palekar as in bland personality. Otherwise Bhuvnesh is not a patch on him as an actor.

EHT is a thriller. Not a simpleton film where clueless dheelas fit in.

@leavesandwaves Dev is an introvert. That I have been telling from beginning. His company of friends is a clear indicator of his character. I mean in the family he is ignored and his mother doesnt want to get her son's birthright.

Suchitra doesnt realize Dev is the rightful heir of Goenka empire. He actually has the talent and values too, but then his lack of interest in high profile life is misused by Raj, Sakshi and Shaurya.

Sakshi somehow wants to make Shaurya the heir of Goenka empire. She knows he is useless but then go on supporting him.

I somehow feel Suchitra knows how Dev's father died and her bullying and EB is to protect her son. She doesnt want anything in that empire. She is happy with what she little she have. She just wants to have her son safe and sound for her.

I wouldnt blame that woman. I mean if you are not cunning enough to stand up to Sakshi or cunningness is not in your blood it is better to avoid a confrontation with a woman like Sakshi.

See the result of mess created by Durga. Shaurya has bend to kill Dev. Dev also doesnt know cunning. Shaurya cannot be dealt the way Dev thinks. I mean straight. He has to be tactful, cunning and bold enough to back stab the goenka trio. No one can win the evil goenka trio in face to face war.
