He did not look drunk or pressurized by someone at all.

N i don't know y I'm feeling tat Shaurya may not b the rapist or even if he iz sum1 mayb surely involved along wid him(lyk his dad)... n tat d reason tat yet Mrs.Goenka can blackmail him...

But I don't feel the serial can get soo presictable... I surely think dere must b some story which v Durga r missing which may prove Shaurya innocent...

But the Payal FB let it all out!!

This made this so very obvious!!

Else there would have been some suspense here, the culprit being anyone else!

I have vague memories of a Doordarshan serial Kasam starting Poonam Narula (Priyanka) and Bijay Anand (Vishal), where Priyanka lands Vishal's family as a naive girl and declares that she is his girlfriend whom he has ditched.

Fearing defamation the family doesn't trust Vishal and gets them married. After much tiffs Vishal falls for Priyanka but its revealed later that she was here to avenge her sister's rape and murder.

Her sister was employed in the family's company and supposedly was out on an assignment with Vishal and didn't return alive.

She even hurts Vishal in the process but it is later revealed that Vishal's elder bro had gone with the girl!

Though we got Payal's flashback I feel the flashback was not complete and there is something more in this whole story, and yesterday the way Rajnath was looking a little Payal it makes it clear that the culprit could be his father too. Why I'm saying so is because maybe its possible that the night when Payal was raped, she was drugged heavily and Shaurya could be under the influence of alcohol/drugs too, from the flashback I too thought Shaurya is the real culprit and if he is the one then I'm gonna hate him till the end of this show ! but the story does not end here only, no serial can run for long time if everything is revealed within first 2 weeks of show. So coming to the point, Sakshi said she is a partner in his every crime ! She is very cold towards Rajnath, in the court-room flashback also she was kind of keeping him away from herself. So it is possible that Shaurya and Payal had an affair, Shaurya wanted to get physical with her but when she denied he could have forced himself on her, till now this is what the flashback tells us, so my guess is Payal does not remember what happened after that so she considers Shaurya is the culprit but it is possible too that Shaurya himself could have gone unconscious and someone else could have ra*ed Payal, Shaurya thinks Payal is faking it, Payal and her Family thinks Shaurya is saving his skin using his money but I still feel its Sakshi and Rajnath who knows the whole story ! No parents would do such thing with their child but maybe they would have thought Rajnath's Goenka empire will crash because of this one crime and put an end to their dominance in the city of Kolkata. Whatever I'm saying is a possibility, lets wait and watch what actually happens, but for now I'm not jumping to any conclusion that he is a rapist, he is a womanizer, spoilt brat and he does not care for any girl but I will still give him a benefit of doubt 😉
