From what I got so far:

When Payal was raped, Nitya was in the states studying.

How did Nitya transform to Durga and how did Dev miss out on all of this. He and Nitya were so close, so wouldn't he know of Payal's rape and everything?

Why is she taking revenge on Dev? How does she feel that he betrayed her? I mean what does she feel he did?

Goenkas is a wealthy family in kolkata.
The family consists of 4 members.
Rajnath is father ,saakshi is mother ,shaurya & kangana r children.

Shaurya & his friends raped a girl payal ,their driver's daughter.After that incident payal is mentally not well & in hospital.Her parents died only her sis nitya is alive.Nitya wants to take revenge on goenkas.

Actually shaurya had a plan to rape nitya but she heard that was said by shaurya & so escaped.Meanwhile he saw payal & used her so nitya will be hurt.

nitya goes to court 4 justice 4 payal but everything goes against them even payal will it happened with her wish.

goenkas follow nitya but she reaches infront of a car.that was dayal's car.she was seriously injured.her face was gone completely.so he'll do plastic surgery for her.he takes the face of his own daughter durga who died.

now nitya lives as durga but her only intention is to take revenge.

dev is rajnaths's bro's son.he was nitya's friend (very close)but he was in US when rape incident happened.he cudnt help nitya.nitya thinks he purposefully didnt help her coz he is also a goenka.

now dev came back to search for nitya & payal.

Thanks dear but are shaurya and dev brothers or cousins? also how did nitya and dev befriend each other?a few episodes back durga tells about email she recieved from dev. was it written by shaurya?

Shaurya's father is Rajnath Goenka.

Dev's father is Rajnath's brother.

Hope u understood the relation.They r brothers indirectly.

Dev lived in this house when nitya's parents worked in their so they became friends.

It is shown that nitya sends an email to dev asking help but reply letter was that what u mentioned.It says he cant help her.

I dont know who send it was send from dev's id so it must be dev or is it someone else is not revealed in the show.

One more imp point i forgot is one & only one eyewitness of payal rape case.It was divya bhadchi ,payal's frnd.Saakshi tries to buy them but they(she & her father madusudan bhadchi) only supported her in court.

Saakshi tries to destroy & burn them but durga with the help of akash help them.
