We get a lot of gifts, but we don't keep them all. We often pass them.
The game is all but the same.
You give gifts to the person beneath you and he/she gets to keep it or pass it to the next person.
Example
1st Person - I give a rabbit to the PBM
2nd Person - I keep the rabbit.
I give a PS-3 to thePBM
3rd Person - I pass the PS-3 to the PBM.
And so on.
