Need a help. This story is getting extended into 1 more part and I am unable to alter the same post title saying Part 2. Hence I am creating a new post.
Can somebody help me how to alter the same post title mentioning part nos? Also pls also let me know how to create an index.

PART 2
Doctor gets MRI and CT scan done for Shravan. He tells them that Shravan has got traumatic amnesia. This is a memory loss caused as a result of the car accident. In the majority of cases the amnesia is temporary - how long it lasts usually depends on how severe the injury is. This means a loss of memories that should not have been forgotten, like, memorable events, key people in our lives, and such vital facts. This is the reason why Shravan does not remember his marriage nor his reconciliation with his mother.
Pushkar, Sumo, Ramnath & Nirmala had accompanied Shravan to the hospital. All of them are shattered. The Doctor tells them that living with amnesia can be frustrating for those with memory loss, and for their family and friends, too. But this is the time that the family should be together and very very supportive for Shravan so that he can recover. He also tells them that there are a few methods which can be followed for him to recover his memory.
He suggests that Sumo and Nirmala do not live with him in the same house initially till he remembers them. Nirmala is devastated. She cries uncontrollably blaming her fate. Now only she has reconciled with her son and she is again made to go far away from him.
N: "Why is my fate like this? I was happy that I got back my son. But I guess God does not want me to be happy.. that is why he is doing all this?
R: Don't lose hope Nirmala. Shravan will definitely regain his memory. This is only a temporary phase. All of us are with you. Keep trust in God.
Pushkar and Ramnath return home with Shravan. Sumo and Nirmala go to Tiwari killa. The Tiwaris are aware of everything that had happened and so they gave support to Nirmala and Sumo in this difficult time. Since Pushkar had already informed Preeti of what Doctor said she had already removed all Sumo's stuff from Shravan's room and sent it to Tiwari Killa. Same way Nirmala's stuff has also reached Tiwari killa.
Shravan goes to his room and retires for the night. Once he is fully asleep the entire family meets to discuss on the ways to help Shravan recover. Sumo & Nirmala also join them.
Sumo: Since I know that Shravan has been in love with me from his teenage years I think we will tell him that I stopped my marriage with Aditya since I also realized that I loved him. This will convince Shravan and I can come here to take care of him. All agree. Unfortunately Nirmala cannot come and see him and she has to wait. Everybody console her.
Next day Sumo comes to Malhotra Mansion in the morning. She comes and prepares Shravan's favorite food and takes it to him. He is surprised to see her and starts to yell at her.
Sumo: Shravan suno. Don't get tensed. Please listen to me...My marriage is not happening. Maine apne shaadi rukwa diya.
Sh: What? But why?
Su: I realized that I don't love Aditya and it will not be fair if I marry him when I don't love him. I love somebody else.
Sh: Who is that?
Su: You, of course, buddhu and smiles lovingly.
Sh: Sach me Sumo? Are you serious? Mera man lagane ke liye nahi kah rahi ho na?
Su: Shravan nobody jokes on such matters. I really love you. I have been in love with you for the last 10 years waiting for you to come back from London. I am not smart like you to realize that I loved you when we were 17. But once you left I realized a void in my life which was because of your absence. Nobody and nothing could fill that void. Then I realized that you are not my best friend alone - you are my best friend and the love of my life. I have been wanting to tell you this for a long time. And I also know that you also love me, in fact you have loved me from our teenage years.
Sh: How do you know that?
Su: Puts on a puppy face and says I read your letter while we were packing for your return to London.
Shravan is overjoyed. He crushes Sumo in a tight hug. But suddenly leaves her and goes back and again asks her if this is true. Am I dreaming Sumo? If yes I don't want to get up and lose the dream. He is just not able to believe that his Sumo also loves him, has been loving him all these years.
Su: Pagal...of course this is not a dream.
Sh: but you stopped your wedding. How did Nanaji take it? Tell me what did he say because I don't want to get a scolding when I see him next.
Su: Nanu is very happy. You know that he loves you very much. So don't worry.
Shravan pulls Sumo in a tight hug. He sees unconditional love in her eyes. He looks at her as if asking her for permission. She says yes with her eyes. Shravan places loving kisses on her forehead, her eyes, her cheeks and finally brushes his lips on hers. Slowly the kiss turns passionate. Finally they come up for air. Both their foreheads meet and they smile at each other.
By that time Pushkar enters the room.
Pu: Bhaiya sorry I interrupted your romance with Bhabhi.
Sh: Bhabhi? Pushkar yeh kya kah raha hai thu?
Pushkar realizes his mistake and covers it up. He says: Since both of you have declared your love for each other and are going to be married in due course, I thought I might as well call Sumo bhabhi. Chalo ab come down, everybody is waiting for both of you.
