I think this was recorded when Shravan realised his love for Sumo and was trying to run away from her...they played little bit of it in the episode too...

Correct. Around 62nd episode first 2 paragraphs were telecasted. The other two might have been reserved for future track. I am just wondering where the fan club got it from

As if the song didn't turn me into an emotional mess already :(
I wonder if there is an instrumental version somewhere too? Because the beginning always ALWAYS gives me goosebumps.
