May his soul rest in peace. And I request you to provide to support his parents as It is not easy to get over the loss of one's own child. It can be a parents worst nightmare to lose their own child. I personally have encountered this when my cousin who was also an only child, passed away in an accident. Even after 3 years my aunt can not get over the loss of her beloved son.
