I don't think Adhi will go to PCT, he doesn't know she has gone, unless the investors call & tell him.The meeting doesn't seem important for him, he was be binge drinking & beating up his bro.

I see some mending of relationship between the bros after Nimmi's intervention. Since Shrav seemed to have cleaned up before turning up at TK, my guess is he hasn't told anyone about what happened & let Adhi go for Nimmi's sake.

Shrav ends up waiting for Sumo, as usual 😆 & he is gonna hit the roof for it.

I think Shrav's lies will be buried between the 3 of them.

Just guess. During Shravan's waiting in Sumo's room he may see the Memory Box and read the letter. By the time Sumo may come to know about the truth of Shravan telling Adi about them in the party over phone through Adi himself.
