When nirmala left ramnath she wasn't pregnant. If she was Aditya must be 10 years younger than shravan n 8 yrs from sumo.
My theory Aditya is ramnath illegitimate son. He did all this when shravan was two new he start jealous with his wife anjanli. Nirmala met their common friend when she decided to come back for shravan. Her friend died. She took Aditya responsibility.
In present she will stop Aditya by saying now he became selfish like ramnath. When he tries to kill shravan. Sumo came by . Aditya reveal what shravan did. He is also as bad as him. He don't respect sumo. He wants to own her.
Sumo will felt number. She will left shravan. Shravan got to know the ramnath truth. He will feel guilty. Aditya will back off as he feel satisfied the damage he done to shravan. Ramnath tries to stop him. He will say now he hate himself
