Even if it is recieved by the one for whom it is meant, I wonder whether it'll serve the impact we're all looking for. Biggest example is Shravan's love letter. What was the point of Suman seeing it? Despite reading & witnessing his unconditional love for her, look at where they are right now. Ramnath threatened her & she took it silently. The letter did not even give Suman the courage to fight for her love. Not once, did she trust his love, or trust him to give him that decision making power as to whether he believes her & their love or his dad. This woman is still looking forward to his confession

I think the inherent difference between Shravan and Sumo is key here... Shravan acts more decisively than Sumo...

He is not even asking any questions now, just seeing what he is being shown. But once he learns about her feelings, things, I expect, will be different. At the very least, he will start looking for answers.

Look back at the PP engagement, etc. episodes, back then, he still thought she cared. That's why he kept asking her what was wrong (all those extremely hot, "Kya hua hai, dammit!" moments 😉)

Right now, his heart is so badly broken, that a confession is not going to come until he heals, even a little.

How cud Shravan confess his love when Suman breaks his trust all the way...Accepting Marriage to Aditya who is Nirmala's son and top of that she declared he is not important...

Definitely Shravan is more perceptive & decisive than Sumo. But like you mentioned, I feel Shravan is too blinded by his father's words & all that he's seen happening around him. I feel that even the memory box won't do much until & unless he's faced with his father's deception. I hope I am proven wrong.
