Everyone is busy in taking sides and arguing for either one of them... but I din't actually find that the theory which Shravan explained in a detailed format about girls applies to Suman... We're indulging in the complexities but its not that complicated as we're made to view by the CV's... When did Shravan actually started loving Suman? At their teenage when she was all that he detailed - ambitious, poisonous and selfish (if ever she had a tad bit of those qualities it was then)... and he might now externally portray his insecurities but I still strongly believe that he clearly knows the reality. Its his complex emotions that is blurring his clear image of hers.
Ten years back Sumo possessed something similar to what he's claiming and that was when after rejection he completely avoided her. But this time he isn't able to get over her as somewhere deep in his heart he too knows it that she no longer is the old Sumo. He now won't be able to cope up on losing this Suman and the hardest part is he being aware of it. From his side everything will be okay when he is confirmed that she reciprocates his love. I don't think there's a need of her reforming or healing him. All he needs is her love. Our Suman madam wouldn't open up so easily... so I think her secret box is the only magical potion we're all resorted to for now.
