If this suicide track is indeed true, than it's definitely after Adi and Suman's marriage proposal...another reason for the CVs to introduce this track may be as a introspection for Ramnath to realize what Sumo really means to Shravan, that Shravan can go to the extent of doing physical damage to himself and therein Ramnath may finally accept Sumo for his son...just a thought.

I was not believing in sucide news but now i think may be he could hurt himself after knowing Aditya Suman alliance.

You are right Shravan can't survive without sumo and vice versa. I don't think sumo accepts the proposal. Maybe her silence is taken as acceptance. But he is going to end up doing something instead of talking to her.

Well, it's a complicated situation. The two women he loves the most are entangled with one man, albeit in different capacities, and both women are seemingly lost to him forever. As much as he hates His mother, he loves her and yearns for her caring hand to rest upon his head and for her motherly embrace to removes that thing that confines his heart. In his life, her loss has been the biggest and most impactful and her loss has defined every decision, every action, every second of every day in his life. It defines his relationships with everyone including himself. Knowing Aditya was privy to the motherly love and affection that was his due will send him off the rocker. And again, it will cloud his vision and his actions- and it will cloud his response to Suman's supposed acceptance. Suman, being the other woman that fulfills him

Edited to add- ironically, despite his claims to the contrary, Rambtah does not fulfill Shravan. He has never completed Shravan in a way that Nirmals and Suman do- he leaves Shravan yearning for other people and other relationships to fill his void in life. Ramnath Alone was never enough for Shravan, and that is why Ramnath fears and dislikes both Nirmals and Suman. Because they fill corners of Shravan's heart and life that he cannot enter.

The tragedy could be Suman accepting the alliance with Aditya. In fact what can be more tragic for Shravan than Suman finally letting go of him, of Suman being lost to him forever. Because when his anger cooled down and he cleared the ashes from the wreckage, he surely would have kicked himself on his muscular butt for having done and said those thing, pain and heartbreak aside. too many articles which seem to indicate along similar lines- is it herd mentality of these publications to write the same nonsense and complete as to who write it in worst English or is there a possibility that this twist would come up week track.

True...Maybe he will see the trio together- Nirmala, Aditya & suman and will come to know the truth...& he will meet with accident a fatal one & then let's see what CV's have store for us as audience..

Whatever it is, I would rather that they show him having an accident or something owing to his distractions due to the turn of events and is is not a suicide attempt- its doesnt fit into what the show has been so far or Shravans character and neither would it send an appropriate message to viewers.
