He might be wandering at various places, where he had been with Sumo.

Its like..

But I doubt, because TK is the place where he spent more time with her.. and today he had not been there.

Or he might be sitting in that Garden, where they met during Khosla case.

hmmm you may be right. That garden is one of the few places where they have met outside of TK or Malhotra house/office.
