His throwing away her hard work(food), shows that he really doesn't respect her work. It made me feel that pushkar really understands Sumo's struggle and the importance of her work far more than Shravan does. No matter however angry and hurt he has become, he had no right to throw away food. It showed that his mind has lost all the morality or values which it had. I think the creatives has crossed a line with that act in the scene. It was all okay with Shravan getting angry and delivering all the dialogues before that. But that particular act just damaged the scene as well as the character. CVs could have shown him throwing away the phone or the contents of her desk. But all the food?? I just couldn't sympathize with his pain after seeing this. I know Sumo not accepting her best friend's help and accepting Aditya's help was wrong. And it will surely hurt any friend. But still I feel his act was downright vile. This only and only made me feel that he doesn't respect her work. Period! He loved her but not her work.sorry guys, I have lost admiration for Shravan's character after this. Btw, kudos to Namik and his brilliant acting to being able to make me feel this!!

I actually want her to accept Aditya's rishta after this. No girl should marry a guy who has this much aversion towards her work and disrespects food in such an intolerant way. All his gussa so far was fine. Even his words before that act was fine with me, but not throwing away the food. It felt so despicable.

Sorry for butting in.
I felt like Shravan was throwing away his happiness since it was his favorit halwa and you know the symbolic speak about bharri thali ko lat marna. thats what he has done.

I agree about the throwing away food part, he shouldn't have done that. Infact the way she picks it up after he leaves made me feel really bad.

That was thr most heartbreaking part for me. Almost as if she was trying to salvage their relationship and put it back together.
