Now I get it and it makes sense. Aditya may or may not be harmless, but his lies are a bit too much. He lies to everyone. Like, legit everyone.

I wish they end Sumo's inconsistencies and for once she stops playing these games with herself, destiny and Shravan. She is jhalli, for lack of a better word, and she just needs to piece everything together.

Unfortunately damage is done and Nanu heart attack is happening as is Aditya proposal. Shravan has already also lost his trust in her, so where does she go from here?

What will Sumo do?

Sumo and Shravan both keep going in circles - like you said, their biggest boon is their biggest bane, and others around them are taking advantage of it, including Ramnath.
