May be the fact the sumo is in touch with nirmala and the fear for losing sharvan will only stop him now... though his opinion about her changes..

He was being human and looked guilty. Chances of ramu changing his mind is high than Shravan confessing.
Maybe namus health will make Ramu change his mind. But then there will be mu between Sumo and Shravan about adi and niru?

he doesnt want bad of sumo and even at her accident we can see but when it comes to shra he changes like chameleon..he is scared that sumo will tell truth about his lies and he will lose shra.
