I have a question-- Does Nirmala know that Sumo loves Shravan because last time she was doling out gyan to Sumo that rishtey ko thoda waqt do etc. etc.

No she has no idea about it..she is totally oblivious to things happening around her..
As of now only Ramnath is aware that Shraman love each other..
Yeah looks like that only that AdiMan rishta will be proposed..
