Which she will, I might joke about their snail pace but I'm pretty sure it will be Shraman getting married at the end. This Adi angle is just to push Shravan to take some sort of definite action regarding his feelings for Sumo. If I have to guess then Sumo's possible marriage to Adi might finally snap Shravan to do something even if it means going against his dad.
