Dear CVs and Namik

Hi I am Neha I have written to u earlier also and not sure if that reached u.

In that letter I had praised EDKV for it being a par excellence show on TV! But now I am writing for a different reason.

I am not even sure if u wud get it or even if u get it u wud get time to read this one however I am still trying!

I am a PhD student subject being psychology! I started watching the show after about 30 episodes had aired and that was coz I was supposed to do a fictional character struggling with trust issues as a part of my thesis.I picked up Shravan.

Since then there has been no looking back..and have just looked forward to the show and reasons for watching it kept getting added and for me this what it stands for:

--Pace

--Logic

--Realistic lovable characters

--Situations r villain not ppl

-- Freshness in tackling Cliched plots

--Character growth in almost each episode..one character's different shade is shown in almost every episode

-- Surprise elements!

And the list can b endless but these r the highlights for me!

However off late most of the above points I mentioned r missing from the show and sadly for a long time!

To add to your vows:

Though I am sure u know this already and I am just reiterating that the fandom that follows this show is very intelligent and thoughtful.I am not trying to toot about the fandom but modesty is important!

My exposure to this show's fandom is India Forum!if u ever get time do go and check the logic/discussions/ craze love fans have for the show I am sure u wud b amazed and its contagious! I am sure u know better! Though I am not active on the forum for lack of time still I read a lot of stuff posted there as it gives me a lot of perspective and "hope"!

Well coming back to my point about the fandom its important to state that u can b extremely proud of this fandom however having such intelligent fandom is a 2 edged sword and taking them for granted may not go down well with them! I am sure u absolutely understand what I mean! Coz drawing parallels or explaining with examples is what EDKV is best at. I thought it might just helpful to explain things in the way u understand them best!

So please it's an ardent request from a desperate fan that please please make the tracks move real fast now that u have opened so many at one time . As it might be really good to keep the fandom intrigued but if u confuse them u might be in for some trouble.

Please EDKV team don't let me watch this show as I have nothing better to do at 10 pm but make me watch it as I really really like and want to watch it just like "old" times.

I hope the CVs have read this. She has pointed out some really cool points.

This is exactly why i love the show! The pace, the realness of the characters, the humility which is in this show is baffling to me but at the same time endearing. I like how the show stands it's grounds. I haven't studied majors in psychology but i did study it for a year. I am a voracious reader and it's kind of become my habit now to read between the lines ( im a literature geek. A legit geek. I read shakespearan plays for psychoanalysis :P) i have noticed too that this forum has a lot of minds that are way beyond the normal public reactions. And to have that kind of power and not use it may be a mistake on the CVs end...

So well put and I agree with her so much here .
When this daily soap started , it was all about Suman and Shravan and today it has become an illogical melodramatic series with poor editing , script and direction. I feel this series had the best set of actors apart from Nimik and the CVs directorial team could have used them so well . Instead they just chose to move to the same typical melodrama track and now I only watch EDKV becoz I have nothing else to do at 10pm ( saying this with a heavy heavy heart )

Am sad and depressed after watching the episodes and it leaves behind a bad taste . But I will still keep watching it because there is a lot of hardwork put in from the actors and bad script and direction is not their mistake at all !!

I just wish, I get back those amazing EDKV days , I would die to watch and wait for the whole day .
