Ok i am sure u guys are confused .. so lemme explain ...

While she is contemplating Ram's dictats in her room .. her first thot is herself ... she says how can I give up Shravan .. he is MY LIFE ... he is MY reason to LIVE ...

It was all about the MY ... somewhere inside the mature girl there still lived a Selfish girl ... completely justifiable .. when life takes away from u brutally .. u want to hold on to what u have ... at 16 she had transient fame & glory .. at 26 she has Shravan ... or her need to belong ..

But as she steps up to complete her destiny ... ( hold on to Shravan) ... she stumbles & she sees a picture of people who SELFLESSLY gave to her ... Who accepted her ... who gave her a feeling of belonging much before Shravan came to her life ... they were her anchors .. they were her safe harbors ...

She realizes what she did wrong at 16 she was going to repeat at 26 ... & the real Suman Tewari emerges .. the one who can not only fight for what she thinks is right ... but one who knows how to sacrifice ... today she merged .. Sumo & Suman Tewari merged ... & the REAL WOMAN came shining out ...

Truly a cataclysmic moment ...

Was this the woman he loved ... yes she was the woman he loved .. the one who fought for him when he was down .. & the one who cooked for him when he wanted (nurtures the bond) .. the one who cried for what she had lost .. the strong & the vulnerable ... the COMPLETE WOMAN ...

Ram was just prior to this explaining to Shravan .. do u want to wait & think over what u want .. & it was ironic .. the right woman .. the complete woman just emerged from the shadows post this talk .. YES Shravan is right .. he chose well ... & yes he is like his father .. He chose the right woman to fall in love with ... the difference between the father & son ... Son loves without conditions ... father put a price on love ...

Yes Suman was like Nirmala .. she could love selflessly ... yes she could sacrifice .. yes she could fight for right ... but she was also different ... she found a way to not abandon ... the easiest route in life is abandoning .. she took the tougher one .. she chose to stay & her belief in her love being stronger than any adversity is what distinguishes her from Nirnala ...

Yet to watch the episode but such beautiful write ups...uff...I am floored.

What i loved was ... at no point of time did she Disrespect Ramnath .. she kept the cloak of respectability & seniority right in place ... but she did not back down either ... she did stood firm with her beliefs ...

Shravan has yet to understand the power of love...he is still tentative, he is still relying on other's thoughts...time will enable him to stand in front of his dad and proclaim that i am not your shadow. But, that is a long way

Not arguing ur point does not necessarily mean u dont understand the power of love ... yes he has his insecurities ... which make him question himself ... or whether he is worthy of love ... but does it mean he does not understand the power of love ... IMHO .. i think he understands it a bit to much .. he is vary coz he knows how deep he can love .. how completely he can love .. a teenage love which lasted for 10 years amidst all kinds of adversity ... just bears testimony to how much this guy can love .. & powerful is his love ... & if u doubt it .. just see the Precap ... he is waiting for Sumo to come .. his resolve on Sumo was undeterred even after his father made him face his biggest insecurity HIS MOTHER >..

He has to rely on his inner voice...and in his love for her

Sumo does not know that he loves her and yet she is confident about love. Shravan knows she was willing to give up her life and yet he is yet to comprehend its true power

Sumo does not realize he loves her ... phew i told u in our very private chat the other day ... is it she is confused about her love for him ... or is she not sure that he is ready to embrace that love & verbalize it ... the girl who saw him crumble after his father was presumed dead ... knows the depth of love he has ... at each point post which she has seen the same commitment & deep caring he has for his father ..he has shown the same to her ... she is NOT CONFUSED ABOUT SHRAVAN'S LOVE AT ALL ... she is confused whether he is ready to articulate that love or does he still wish to cloak it in FRIENDSHIP ... a dialog one must revisit to understand Sumo ...

Heres what my take away from the episode was ...

U know me .. i get transported while watching .. so while watching this one i was taken back to the Holi episode ... & ofcoruse the all fateful day where the teenage love was devastated ... & 2 of the father son convo

In the holi episode ... Shravan spoke about a person who would stand by thru thick or thin .. who understood the meaning of commitment ...

On the fateful day ... he wanted someone to just hold on to him .. when everything around him was crumbling ... that one person he wanted was Sumo .. the one right in his world ... but she selfishly ..clung to her image & disregarded her dearest friend ...

The father told his son .. leave Sumo .. she is selfish all she thinks about is herself ..she does not understand the value of family ... in one of the beginning episodes ... Ram spent some time explaining the value of family to Shravan ( varun asking for money episode)

Now this is a moment of pause ...

we are at the point in the story ... where it started from ... 2 people desperately in love with each other ... but due to the one barrier in their life ... TIME they have to wait to complete their destinies ... The letter still its in the book ... with its destiny yet to be fulfilled ...

As i end my post ... i am going to bring to ur notice something i have been writing about consistently in all my past wine shots ...

A love was deconstructed when a marriage deconstructed 10 years back ... So for this love to reconstruct ... will it take 1 - 2 love stories to construct & reconstruct ... one has already started ... one love story brought these 2 on the threshold of verbalizing their love ... will it take one more to push this love story on track ????😳😳

Your post describes Suman's dilemma so well. Her life has been full of cross roads. She has always had to chose one things knowing she would lose the other. Her strength of character lies in her resolve. I hope she is able to get Shravan and be able to pay her mother's debt soon. She is over burdened and needs to be able to live a life of normalcy.

I'm back I won't be able to express as you guys do but the episode definitely gave us answers to a question that a nerdy teenager had asked but the question failed to reach the one who was meant to answer the question Is this love?? 😃

Sumo accidentally came across that question but did she go and give him the answer instantly wondered why because post Holi episode she clearly stated she never left him or rather she never forgot him

he was is and will continue to be the Prince Charming for her

Even before Varma was slapped ...Khosla kicked out and Her mom's name was cleared .,,returned her childhood home back to her family .. even before he fulfilled her desire for someone to push that swing
even before he gave her a promise of a lifetime of companionship when she the sumo was at her lowest point

The ten years of bitterness and grudge that Shravan nurtured only resulted in a man who wanted to take sweet revenge but it left a bitter aftertaste more bitter than the Karela made by Sumo that's why he ate it without a blink cause he saw her heart her ability to forgive and forget to embrace life as it comes.
Even now he's still stuck in that threshold between the teenager who's love was mocked and the man ready to confess his love

I see his love has still not matured he's still on shaky ground it's going to be a lonely ride for him in the realisation of the love he has for Sumo but he shall arise from the ashes

Sumo has come far ahead in the race being the woman she is she will wait patiently for him to catch up and together they shall complete the race

Sumo didn't fail him, she didn't raise her voice, but she slapped the shit of of Ramnath!

He still didn't see the light, but he will..

He's petrified, the fear on his face when sumo said jab Shravan ko pyaar ka ehsaas hoga; tab kaise rokoge usko? He knows he's fighting a lost battle... try as he may, his end is near!

And agreed! Shravan loves her, he knows she does too, he knows she can loose her life not his trust...

But he is yet to realise the sheer power their love holds..

Once he knows that, as Sumo said, woh aayega mere paas aur aap samjh jaoge ke hum dono ek duje ke liye bane hai
