from the time of sumo's accident, shravan was blaming himself for her accident and feeling guilty abot the same...and whenever doctor was informing about sumo's critical condition..he was gking into depth of his guilt

Yes when doc tell that it can take years and it may be that she can't get normal , at that moment shra expression, his guilt was seen ... Waise he should blame himself as he can help her but he didn't..
The assuming thing..was so fabulous..He getting out of car and holding her hand and saying her to watch..
