Changed my perspective completely..
I always thought the cvs never show things without importance, with there being a need for it, but my point of view was much on the smaller aspects, never really joint all these and looking at the bigger picture!
You just did anot awesome job piecing it all together..
And I couldn't agree more with you🤗

Awwh glad you see it now😳
Thank you🤗

I've never seen it as a WHOLE but you've forced me to zoom out the story and see it in one piece! Amazing mindset!

Word to everything (that's so obvious)😆

So so right! The CVs are bringing down all the tracks as a SHOWDOWN CUM FACE OFF in this one. Its so crucial right now! The outcome of this track will be the foundation of their future. Well foreseen by you, girl! 😃

Aww haha! I am so glad my post made people see the story as a whole! Cuz that's so important before judging this show. You can't just isolate tracks or moments and judge the story solely on those. The show interweaves tracks into each other and without looking at it in context with the other, it won't make sense. And yes! The outcome of this track will truly be the foundation of their future😳❤️

You've not only done a dissection on the storyline, perhaps done it on the "thought process" of the CVs too! As you said, "Like chapters in a book" - trust me I couldn't agree more Your analysis reinforces the fact that, CVs are following a well sketched script and there is no 'on-demand' deviation from the original plot👍🏼 This literally gives me a huge relief😃

Hope you would come up with some more in-depth analysis like this🤗

That's so sweet, thank you❤️
Like I said I never analyzed a show this much before haha, but EDKV just forces me to truly dig deep into it and I am so happy I am able to dissect it the way perhaps the Cvs have seen it. But again, they must have a much more in depth view of it than I ever could. And yes! They are and that is why I say they always do justice so keep faith😳
Thank you!

I love that each and every scene of the show has a purpose, each and every character is justified in their own thinking..I have never seen so much detailing in any show ever..and now that you have enlightened me that all the tracks we have been shown were leading to this I am even more amazed by the creative team! Such a well thought out story Ek Duje ke Vaaste is ❤️

Exactly❤️
That's why I say those not watching it are seriously missing it.

Agree the pyaar vs samman track is going to play out. But, In playing this track something more is going to play out. Think it through Ram's dialogue. And you would find yourself smiling. And yes, every track had its importance within the storyline and all as important signposts for the future of Sharman.

An extremely well-thought out analysis
Shall write more when am back in civilization😃

Hugs to your analysis
Keep on writing
Thanks for the pm😳

What dialogue are you referring to? I usually skip Ram's scenes so I must have missed it😆
And thank you so much!😳❤️

You have summarised the various tracks and neatly laid out the Shraman journey.
The earliest promos had asked us a question about Sumo's choice. We were then not aware of the background against which these choices would have to be made.

The background being a very conflicted set of circumstances and importantly a conflicted individual.
A person who loves yet has many misgivings about the very love he feels. With that conflict, the love boat cannot expect to sail irrespective of the eye locks, handholds, hugs that are shared between the two. So, its natural for the conflict to reach a crescendo...we are surely proceeding towards that.

Ramnath rightly understood the reason for Shravan's restlessness is Sumo but he has not understood how much of a cause for restlessness is Sumo for Shravan. That Sumo for which paths and destinations marked for Shravan change its course, because Shravan re-routes his journey. Ramnath also does not really know the other half _ Sumo very well. A casual comparison with Nirmala did not do her any justice...

As of now Ramnath is working with half knowledge, as was the case in the past. He is in for a mighty surprise...Shall go ahead and make a conjecture..it's not necessarily going to be a rude surprise but could be a happy one too!!...😉

As someone said "Kamar kass lo" for a ride!!

Extremely well said!! Especially the bolded part!!
Completely agree! The conflict has to reach it's turning point and climax and this being the central conflict of the show, is finally reaching that peak. No wonder the intensity is so high. This track literally connects all the previous ones together! And the confliction highlights the depth of the characters, especially those of Shravan and Sumo! They not only have internal conflicts, but external conflicts too and that makes them so much more interesting and delicate!

Another one of my annoying posts😆 Okay I just wanted to get this off my chest cuz it's been going on in my head for a few days haha.

I was just thinking about all the tracks that have played out in the show and how each and every one had such an important role, not just at it's time, but also to build up to this central conflict.

The conflict which involves Shravan and Sumo's relationship and their past of 13 years. The conflict which involves Shravan's past with his mother and the misunderstanding he's carried all this time. Which involves Ramnath's lie to Shravan, bringing forth his father's true side. Which involves the importance of Sumo's mother in her life and how she won't let anything happen to her name. The conflict which so clearly highlights the main theme of the show Pyaar vs. Samaan.

No wonder the intensity is so high right now because this is literally what all the previous tracks had been building up to. The revenge track, the khosla track, the friendship track, the Ramnath track, the daal track (which at the time zoned me out tbh😆), the Nirmala track, ALL foreshadowed towards this and now every aspect is being explored all together! When these tracks were going on we didn't quite understand the importance of them, but now that you look at it, they ALL were so well placed, intricately woven together to build up to this. Like chapters in a book. That only make sense as you continue to read the rest of the story!

The revenge track introduced Shravan and Sumo's conflict and why these two friends broke apart all those years ago.

The Khosla track revealed their inner selves even more to one another, it made them see each other in a new light. It showed Shravan's care for her as a true friend and how he'd always be her pillar. It also emphasized the importance of Sumo's mother in her life and how dear her mother's name is for her.

The friendship track beautifully portrayed the two in their element. It showed how friendship was where it all began for them. Though they love each other, its their friendship that kept their bond, their connection alive all these years.

The Ramnath track showcased the intensity of which Shravan loves, especially for his father. And how important his father is to him.

The daal track showed how no matter what Shravan still loves his mother a lot and can't ever erase her from his memories.

The Nirmala track revealed Nirmala's side of the story, both to us and to Suman. This is the part where I believe it was not logical. her side but it was a very weak story. He said he would lie about me, so I walked away from my cild and stayed away until now... Does not make sense at all

And now this track, so very well highlights EVERYTHING. It plays out the main conflict so well!
This track really carves out the very depths of every character and that was important in order to give justice to each one. Even though I don't give two shits about Ramnath or Kamini, this track will explore their characters. It will show the extent to which Ramnath will go in the fumes of his desperation and ego. There is no love for his son here, it's simply trying too hard to cover up the castle full of lies created by him.
I say Shravan is one of those unfortunate characters where neither parent loved him. they want him as one would a possession, more so, to ensure the other does not have him. She feels lvoe goign to the airport and then stops feeling love enough to stay and fight all the way... Makes no sense!

Even if there is any love, it's all covered up by his madness right now. The track will also explore Pushkar's character, his love for his brother, and give it true justice as he plays cupid for Shraman.

More importantly though, it will explore the deeply routed relationship of Shraman. It will strengthen their bond even more. It will peel off every layer of their characters. If they had confessed already and THEN Shravan found out about his mom and Sumo, imagine how much worse it would be? Shravan would probably feel 10 times more cheated than he does now and all this potential would have been lost. I am so glad they didn't kill the potential for the sake of romance.
Agree with you here it is not all about the romance it was nice story being told, but somehow the last track is not doing it for me, its almost like MUs are being created for no reason at all. She said I cannot explain so he says youa re like my mother you dont accept your mistake... whoever wrote his dialogue...
As much as we wanna see them together, this track is really important and crucial. It's like a book, where every chapter has an important role to play and builds up to the central conflict. The chapters themselves don't make sense on their own until we read on and slowly the story starts to fall into place, everything starts to make sense. That's exactly how I feel about EDKV. No track was there "just because". Every track had a meaning whether we saw it at the time or not. Which is also why you can't judge the show by a single track on its own. You have to look at it in context with the bigger story.

Shraman on their own though are so intense right now and I am loving that angst! They have to go through all this. They have to get through their 13 years of baggage first, so that when they do get together, it will be permanent❤️
I thought it was 10 years and he left afte 12the grade whichmakes him 18 so i am not even sure where the whole custody thing comes into play!

This track also highlights their title song SO well.

Kyun hai dabbi si khwahishein, dil mein tere bewaja? Jaake zara usse bolde, chahta jisse tu raha. THIS IS SO SHRAVAN RIGHT NOW. He's so conflicted in his mind and heart. He loves her, he's loved her for all this while, and yet he can't say it because of circumstances.

Kahin teri khamoshiyan, jeet na jayein pyaar se. THIS IS SO SUMO RIGHT NOW. She loves him, and yet she can't say it either because of circumstances.

Literally the title song has never felt this apt for them. Which is what I mean by this being the biggest most important conflict the show has been anticipating from the beginning. It literally highlights everything. Things were bound to break down like this and I am loving it. As much as I wanna see Shraman together already, this is so crucial for the story. And if I haven't already stressed enough, Cvs always do justice. So have faith as this was bound to happen.

Damn.. just thinking I've never been this attached to a show in my life. Never analyzed a show this much in my life. Ek Duje ke Vaaste, what have you done to me?? ❤️

Sorry for the long post but do share your thoughts!
Ghanna
