What a way to announce 50.
This.
We get a turning point. Sumo gets the letter, reads it(without any unnecessary hit and miss drama. Thank God for that. Really), Realizes how she had wronged shravan and penetrates the justification of shravan's cold behavior ever after he came down from London. How I wanted this.

And Nikita portrayed all the emotional trauma to perfection, if I may say so. Seriously, those subtle shivers. Damn. And Namik, this guy is also sheer brilliance. He keeps it understated, his balance to each scene is what I personally like. And when he knows the stage is his, he steals the show.

I also liked how suman went on to even talk about 'love' with Shravan and after some obvious hesitation, they spoke like friends. Can TV get any more real? Maybe edkv itself will tell in future :p

That kamini bit was annoying, she was being too much of a nag, but life isn't all Rosy and perfect anyway too. Another mundane, in the form of kamini chachi.

Another surprise of the 50 was a sumo anthem/song. So there was that charm of half a century. The revelation of the letter, sumo spelling it out(to herself) 'jaise tum bachpan main mujhe chahte thay, aj main tumhein chahti hun.'I thought suman was oblivious of her love, but no she's almost there.

Actually I made a post of my own, while typing the end I was struck by Murphys law. And bummm, my whole text disappeared lol. So kinda like stating a couple of points which can correlate to this post. Your posts are worth typing (I hate typing all over, irritates me to the core )

One needs to see EDKV for themselves to believe just how good this show is. I still can't believe my luck sometimes that I am finally getting all that I wanted from a Hindi serial...and more.😆

Nikita is simply fantastic!👏 Today, only her eyes were enough to convey what poor Sumo was going through...you could see her broken heart in her eyes. And as you said Namik is giving her rock solid support. I never expected him to improve so much and wow me in just 2 short months.😳😆

Aah you said it all and all too beautifully <3 Today's episode was one of a kind. Really proud to be an EDKV fan!👏

Beautiful acting...especially by Nikita...as much as she dislikes tears and emotional scenes...her portrayal of Suman was bang on today! Just perfect!
