Read an article that Shravan discloses that he has a GF in London.. Will it be true, or may be he has Sumo's name in mind in the letter that was showed in Precap but he confesses or lies to her about having a GF back in London.. If so, it will be heart breaking for our SUMO..

I think we have seen in OLV, Shravan says yes and bachpan mein or something else just then Kameeni kamini chachi comes and interrupts them.and then Sumo leaves. I don't think neither Shravan has a GF back in London nor he tells Sumo about having one.
