Daag is a Hindi word which means scar. A scar always spoils the beauty of anything on which it lies and takes away its serenity. What happens when it becomes a distress of damsel? The scar is given by the one whom she calls a fiend in her life who has ruined her life and she is named Daagi by rest of the world. Still, the lady doesn't lose her purity and innocence.

But unlike other stories, it isn't a hate-love story, it isn't a common story of every couple who are madly and deeply in love. Maybe, it isn't a love story or a hate story, maybe it is... The man in the story is a fiend for the lady, but is he actually? Or there is some other side of the story? It is an intense, emotional and serious story which would enlighten you to the brutal realities of society and exploitation happening against women.
I must tell you all that I have written half of the story long ago which obviously isn't based on Shravan and Suman, but it's a non-fanfiction which I wrote. I have just started watching this serial 3 days ago and watched all the episodes like I am running a marathon 🤣. Phew! Finally, I have finished watching them and realised that the Shravan and Suman look like my Arti and Akash who are the actual leads of the story.
