Bcoz nobody stayed there and the owners just bought it because they got it for cheap.

There are many who are worse than Khosla but here it was a mistake of Nanaji and his children to not check the house before it was auctioned. May be it happened so fast that they forgot about it as they lost Priya and Neeraj but this mistake costed them so much.

i feel the same. maybe the earlier owner just bought it and never stayed there. so thats why everything is same there or maybe as per precap khosla bought it and purposely kept everything like that
