So finally I have watched the whole week episode and there are many things in my head. But yes all of these is my thoughtsđł
I have more to say but then could not frame it correctly and also the lack of time and work load added up to it.
But discussions will surely make me get the right words out of my mouth.
Starting from right when Suman goes out of the party. The interaction between both of them was pretty good. It just shows how badly Shravan is hurt. But was all of this just limited to the revenge of getting things in Suman's head.
No. Not at all.
This was just a story revived that happened years and years ago. It was almost like a prolonged disease whose memoires killed Shravan a thousand death all these years and now when he added all of it he just wanted to let it out.
"Jo maine kiya woh bachpana thha, jo tumne kiya..."
What kind of childhood innocence is this that you can't even differentiate to whether bring a family topic out in open? High school is not the place for so much of bachpana.
What kind of friendship did you share when you go back after the same guy right when the school gets over but don't acknowledge even his presence in the school?
Maybe Shravan is not bothered about it, maybe but honestly is that a way to be friends?
What Shravan was doing before ten years seem to be living in just a give relation; just a give and give. And now he seems to realize that well as he mentions right in the party he has many realizations in the past ten years.
And then hurt; with a new found "self respect" Suman walks away pondering over whatever happened. But was it just all of this?
What does not please me here is the Suman never took this chance of saying a sorry to him before he came back here. Never did she even try pointing him or saying the word he wanted to hear and that's exactly what even Shravan complained about. Suman has taken him for granted and she has committed a mistake. Big deal she is a human; she has the right to do it. #BeingHuman
Suman as from the start has been shown as the girl with self respect and fighting for her right but what kind of battle of self respect is she fighting right now with her best friend when she can't speak a word against the wrong doing of maami. Probaably she is in debt of the good things they have done for her and her mother's debt too plays a role but when she can shout out loud to him, why can't she voice a minute opinion. Had it been just maami then still it would have been convincing but then she does not speak her mind for anyone except shouting to Shravan. This part somehow does not get digestible for me. She might be the quiet and respectful girl in the family like many of us; but won't we even try to explain once. Paying the fees of flight is fine but then when maami took money from her hands how could she not shout? She did try to go back but then just a bit was so not convincing. Just this bit is so apt but at one point when Suman is battling for words and then this...
"Staying silent is like a slow growing cancer to the soul and a trait of a true coward. There is nothing intelligent about not standing up for you. You may not win every battle. However, everyone will at least know what you stood for"YOU."
Suman doing things for maami jus makes me cringe as I remember there are people, who the more you do for them; the less they will do for themselves.
With so much of ranting about Suman you might as well think that this is a Suman hate post but no, not at all. In fact Suman is being very realistic; impulsive but somehow reasonable. Yet what I also know is Suman is angry and so is Shravan. As they say angry people are not the wise people and all of this just fits into the puzzles rightly as both of them are taking a stand but also being impulsive.
For sure both of them are in love with each other. As he is the one who cannot see her in pain, almost like only he has the right to scold her and set her straight but he will be the one to set things right for her.
Love has within it a redemptive power. And there is a power there that eventually transforms individuals. And maybe the love of their is going to change the circumstances but the last episode that aired just showed how much Shravan still cares and will always. Even the week before it was so clear that he does want to forgive her but he also wants her to take things ahead. Both of them till now were waiting for the other to react but now in the Precap as Suman looks dumbfounded by the revelation about marriage surely the impulsive friends are going to react rapidly. Please add Shravan with her act of giving her mother's jewelry to him is dejected, hurt, angry and still calm because he now knows how much is this revenge important to her. Also I did see Shravan Malhotra wipe a lone tear that escaped his eyes. Revenge might not be the right word for the context they are in but they definitely want the other to payback.
But then right when I say all of this Shravan Malhotra comes in her room and says "Mujhe baat karne hai"
And it gives me hope.
They will make things right for each other and they won't even realize it that everything has become just fine. Just fine.Coz "mil jane hai jo bane..Ek Duje Ke Vaaste"
I just don't want the latter part of the lyrics to come true where their silence is going to win over the love they have for each other.
"One had ego.
One had self respect.
Though their eyes met; not a single word was exchanged."
