I didn't understand as to why Shravan wants to keep distance from Suman...

Anything happened between them? Some MU? Shravan seems to be hurt / having some bitter memories about Suman.

Can someone please brief me?

Sumo and Shravan childhood friends and young sumo bold and bindass type and young Shravan shy and nerd type guy 10 years back some misunderstanding type hogaya Hai. Sumo hurted him unintentionally They didn't show it completely but Shravan is angry with sumo and left. Now after 10 years come back and Suman wants to say sorry and he is not listening and wants to take revenge on her. That's why he hosted re Union party and insulted her.
