But there are 2 things here -

1. The Shravan she fell in love with was teenage Shravan. And older Shravan has many darker shades to him that she's yet to come face to face with. So yes, she still has to fall in love with this new Shravan.

2. She hasn't realised that she loves him.

You may be right because we have not seen Suman's side of stroy and it's too long to deduce. But even in the promo she says "ruthe dost ko manana hai".

Suman till now is excited that Shravan is coming back because she wants to say sorry to him.

Even when she is stalking him she is like just come back I need to make up to you.

Her friendship is what she cherishes the most and it's those memories that she wants to be with. Not even for once has she said that she wants him to come so that she can confess his feeling. It's like she is still in the phase of getting his friendship with her.

I think it will be absurd for her to confess her feelings for him right now. Especially considering the fact she doesn't know him too well. Yes, she may know the core being of him, but she doesn't know the experiences that he went through. She doesn't know about the struggles he may have gone through to complete his studies. She doesn't know about the emotional growth he had to undergo while he was in London. The same goes for Shravan as well.

As Sami said, the feelings they had for each other were developed as teenagers. At that stage of their lives, they had known each other so well! But ten years have passed and the way their friendship had ended was not on good terms. It will be best to restart their relationship as friends first and then proceed to love. The love that may have existed as children my remain stagnant as friendly love or it may transform into a romantic love as they come to know each other better.
