Provoked Confession

This long dragged out confession is finally here today and I'm not really sure what to make of it yet😆.

Sumo's twisted plotting to provoke Shravan into revealing the truth went a little over my head....it was a somewhat muddled piece of writing.....it's hard to decipher in real time when Sumo is "acting" out a bit or when she's trying to give examples to Sharavan to make him spit out the truth....lol it got kind of long winded and convoluted there in that scene with Sumo dragging Devika over for that bit of "performance art" or whatever that was.

Mohit was really good in today's epi in showing Shravan's vulnerabilities and confusions again.....especially notable in the bit when he's telling Bunty how much the guilt of hiding his emotions is twisting him up inside and the rueful way he noted that Sumo will hardly be bothered by all of this since she is consumed by her books, Army and Papa😆.....baat toh sachi hi thi. ....and then the other bit he acted really well in was when Sumo was laying on the drama accusing him of not being truthful in friendship or any other feelings.....bechara looked so hurt there.

Finally we reached the confession in the last scene as Sumo managed to prove that she is already an expert at pushing Shravan's buttons....lol

I still wish the letter had been the actual confession....the writing was so nice in that one. But today's confession was more focused on long suppressed emotions and hesitations playing out....Shravan was wary of telling her until the very last moment....he still had to give her the whole build up of "You're very special to me" before blurting out his truth.....lol....while the letter had focused on the history of his own emotions evolving for her, today's confession focused on him mentioning the lengths to which he was willing to go to prove his love is true....joining the group study, eating teekhi pani puris to make her win....tolerating all the insults her daddu threw at him....all simply to try to win her over. What was common between this confession and the letter confession was Shravan lamenting the fact that he couldn't win her over....that she didn't fall in love with him no matter how hard he tried.

Sumo seemed very moved by the force and conviction of his emotions for her....and the way he expressed them to her. However, her thoughts remain a total mystery....lol. No idea what her plan was beyond getting Shravan to blurt out his feelings😕. If they stick to consistency, Sumo will try to rationalize her way out of this situation too. Once again, she may end up setting the parameters of their relationship with this new information about Shravan's love for her added to the equation.....maybe it will be another BFF version 2.0 beginning for them....this time with no illusions on either side....lol

Precap seems to indicate that it rained at night....ya phir Sumo ko suddenly pyar ka bukhaar chadh gaya hai literally🤣......J/K.....but she seems to have caught a fever somehow......maybe Shravan and her will have a long convo about their "situation" after his confession....lol....and Shravan seems to be going the extra mile (literally....lol) to take care of his "BFF"😆.

Another episode where Mohit just shined through and managed to touch my heart though one slight bit of criticism on my end is thoda cut down on pouting when crying. Abhi it kinda end up working caz that's just how shravan is childlike toh him phulaooing his mouth makes me go aww but in the long run it'll become annoying bas itnu sa creative criticism otherwise he was really outstanding in conveying shravan ka dard his internal conflict with his own self and how hard he has been trying and also how he didn't liked being this devdas but he couldn't shake it off just like that. The point where he tells bunty that sumo ko kya uske saath kya ho raha hai she must be so happy in her little own bubble ke chalo uske sar se burden uttar gaya and he isn't in love but it's him trying every sec to not let it slip and it's really hard on him. Aww poor guy but yeh toh sach hi hai his efforts to keep this ek tarfa pyar under folds just so he doesn't lose the dosti too is commendable he values her so much and that touches me. Suman ko bhi yeh bohat touch kia tha suman was struck between a little bit of shock and moved by the earnestly honesty and shiddat of his feelings it was a little too much for her all of a sudden to take in girl was definately not prepared for it but I got a feeling she did appreciated that straightforward and itna dilse confession from him. His letter was definately better written but this wasn't half as bad either given how he just had to say it and not form something as meaningful as the letter in his head. Urgency of matter ke lihaaz se I still didn't mind it and liked that he didn't said unrealistic things and badi badi baatein yeh bhi kaafi heartfelt tha and to the point tha besides his 100 assurances and gear ke dosti hi na kho bhethe.

The other moment that really touched me was when his eyes watered up in room and the tears just fell beautifully done. Also becjari devika was totally confused ke yeh dono kya baatein kiye jaa rahe hain while she's been made into audience to watch it😆 waise i did enjoy the intensity in their too. Lovely lovely work by both mohit and kannika

Kannika did really well in not going ott with that shock and absorbing that big bit of information and being torn between her love and appreciation as a friend for shravan and the awkwardnessness that just popped up all of a sudden na chahte huye bhi in that moment where she ofxourse wants to hold onto that friendship and on shravan too because he genuinly is such a pure soul. her face said a lot too. Koi aur hota toh suman ko ek sec na lagta usse Tata bye bye kehne main but she was moved in a very different way aaj very vefy beautifully conveyed feelings and enacted . Each emotion could be felt clearly. Now she's confused ke ab kya and I expect shravan to be spending the night in that too caz they both clearly don't know what to expect now . Chalo dekhte hain

Once again after a very lame Monday episode they made a smashing comeback with today's episode.

But otherwise, yes, Mohit did a really good job today of conveying Shravan's emotions....especially the way the tears welled up in his eyes in spontaneous hurt when Sumo pushed him to the brink......I also liked the way he did that sudden hope that flared in Shravan's eyes when Sumo said the "I love you".

I just personally felt that Sumo ka yeh jo bhi plan tha to get the truth out of him was a bit out there and I didn't really feel much for it *shrugs*.....isse better bhi tareeka ho sakta tha rather than this twisted drama. But anyways, the last scene had a better balance of showing both their emotions honestly rather than one doing koi ajeeb twisted drama.

0h and I was also losing at sumo ka so after the BFF pact too you had frelings for me like really woman😆 she seriously thinks ke on off button hi hai despite kancha telling her too kr aise nahi hota na🤣she still expected ke aose hi sab khatam ho jaayega and shravan ka well I tried and I am constantly work in progress but yeah still I just cannot turn off . It was hilarious because of her naive expectation at the same time I felt she felt his struggle to protect this friendship by covering it up and himself getting tortured by his own feelings it was a nice bit from suman where she was a mix of emotion too and had her bewakoof sa expectation ke he's OK now or should be OK now and that he waz hurting too sweet tha bohat

Haan woh toh dikh raha hai ki tum bhi in do scenes pe hi fly kar rahi ho😆. Mere liye I felt a lot of bheja fry and drag with Sumo ka ajeeb plan before this so maybe I need to watch it in isolation again.

Woh Mummy wala drama of doing some rant about aisi bahu nahin chahiye was also just drag filler.

As for Sumo.....her POV was really not clear today....ek toh yeh ajeeb sa plan and then end mein the way she was looking so confused that he still had feelings for her despite saying he will be BFFs.....anyways, I'm hoping that tomorrow's epi will show her viewpoint in a better manner about all this. 0h faltu ke scene delete maaro from memory i just forwarded all this nonsense family drama and bilawajah ki bakwaas dushamni juska koi sar paer nahi hai matlab what was that firangi theek hai but no discplined army bahu ajeeb tarah ka vile dikha rahe hain dono families ko bina kisi proper rift or reason. I did like shravan ka answer though ke ab seedha bahu pe pohnch gaye when saara din you are like babying me uss saare tamashe nain the only thing I appreciated was his mummy saying maa hoon isi liye do not want you to hurt anybody feelings aise hi esp kisi bhi ladki ki that was considerate on her part warna normally mothers are shown to be misogynists too ke humare here bache ke liye say khadi hongi todne do jitna ka dil today hai and justifying their misconducts so this is a nice change from that but otherwise pointless prejudices and hate building and I zoned out delete marooed from my memory

LOL honestly mera issue yeh bhi hai that this scene that they freakin dragged for almost TWO weeks now in the precaps...iska build up aise ajeeb faltu drama ke saath kiya? Just really wasn't needed.....anyways.

Haan even though Mummy ka bahu jaap was OTT, I was also thankful that atleast someone pointed out ki woh abhi baccha hai toh maa yeh bahu wagairah ka angle kahaan se laa rahi hai....we already have enough shows that want to show characters jumping to shaadi...ek jagah toh baksh do.

Re: Sumo....yes, high time they show her thought process more clearly now. The genie is out of the bottle now so now she can't stick to her usual denial as she has for so long. Ab clearly dikhegi Shravan's intensity for her and I guess that will eventually melt her.

But I will also find it weird if after such a big confession, she just walks away from him to mope in the rain😕. Are they not going to talk at all? Hmm

Suman isn't the type to mope around kuxh toh hua higa maybe there's a continuation and ussi main bheeg gaye😆 caz shravan warna itne dhadale se toh naa aa tapakta at her place even as BFF itni badi baat ke baad thoda toh natural restrai t and avoid hota hai atleast for the very next morning.also baaki sab log kahan gayab ho gaye ek dum seems like sumo and kancha akele thay😆
