Shravan bechara trying his best to wiggle out of a situation that he knows will go out of his control😆....but clueless Sumo ka threat to dance with Anish instead makes Shravan give in😆....not before giving her solid warnings about AWKWARDNESS. Matlab such a frank convo....lol regardless of what the backdrop of one-sided love here is, most stories don't usually address awkwardness stemming out of two people getting close in a dance....but here, Shravan ne jhat se blurt out kar diya😆....and Sumo dismissed it just as quick.....BFFs mein kya awkwardness, she says😆.....and boy was this misconception tested after that.
Shravan legit tried very hard to get out of this couple dance situation giving different excuses and also alternate options. 😆 Finally at Sumo’s persistence he gives in , but gives her fair warning of ‘awkwardness’ that might arise out of it. But Sumo is still in her La La Land and like all other signs that are so obvious, she ignored this one too. She seemed to be more affected than Shravan in this dance!
The dance itself was nicely built up....starting from simple moves and a relaxed Sumo smiling away to intensity building up as they got closer. Shravan expectedly was caught up in the flow of the moment, and so was Sumo, even though she won't admit it so easily....lol....I guess that last bit with Shravan leaning in to almost kiss her before abruptly pulling back was meant to indicate exactly this - they both were caught up in the moment but it wasn't SUMO who pulled back first....it was Shravan😆.....and that is a change from the previous few times he's come closer to her...Sumo has pulled back or pushed him away...but this time he pulled back.
Me too loved how they built up the whole dance sequence. They started casually, enjoying the dance. But the closeness, did lead to awkwardness, for Shravan it was obvious as he is trying very hard to hide his emotions and for Sumo it was because she does have those feelings for Shravan but she has not realized it yet. Its in moments like these it becomes fleetingly visible for Sumo. The most surprising part was Shravan leaned in to Sumo and almost kissed her, but Sumo too was so drawn in at that moment, that she did not even pull back!!
The little pause after this where they both have their backs to each other trying to regain composure....an utterly flustered Sumo not knowing what to think/say before hurriedly grabbing her phone and running out with a quick "Thanks, bye"......this moment was really well executed. Their dance ultimately culminated in an awkward moment....but the larger "dance" of awkwardness continues as they both try to grapple with their feelings in this back and forth.
Lol @ Sumo’s flustered Thanks, Bye moment😆, BFFs mein kaisi awkwardness theory going right out of the window:)
Then came the convo with Kavita....lol@ Sumo's panic on learning that Shravan is in love....and her rush to say that Shravan hasn't told her anything about this😆.
This was such a shocker for Sumo, right after that moment with Shravan. It was a zinger for her😆 Kavita’s expression when she very proudly states mere pati ko is mamle mein bahut tajurba hai, kabhi galat nahi ho sakte🤣🤣
I thought the dance and immediate aftermath might be it in terms of noteworthy scenes in this epi but then came the last half with Shravan's LAW letter to Sumo and that was just a whole other level of endearing😆.....so adorably he reminisced and summed up his whole journey with Sumo - from meeting her, to fighting with her, to becoming her friend, to then falling in love....very nice scene. And believable that Shravan would only resort to letter writing when he couldn't find Sumo or Bunty to talk to😆.
This was such an endearing scene, I loved how they showed SS journey from the beginning :) Shravan went through all the emotions while writing this letter, making farji doctor Bunty’s advice correct. He got a source for letting out his feelings without any judgement or advice:)
Ok, so it seems Sumo is genuinely THAT obtuse and didn't get that Shravan liked/loved her to that extent....her reactions in the aftermath of the dance show her as being extremely confused about what Shravan feels for her.....also LOL so Kancha watched that dance video and had no comment on the obvious MOMENT that happened in it? Ok😆....she was just passing general commentary on SS looking good together. Worth noting in this scene that Kancha pointed out to Sumo that Shravan is changing her from the constantly studious, parade obsessed girl to one who enjoys dance as well.....something tells me that will set the basis for Sumo resisting this change.
Kancha’s reaction to the video was most disappointing, yaar waise isse sab pata chal jata hai. Her reaction was pretty random😆 Sumo is still not able to connect the dots🤔😆
Also, I liked Vijay and his brother scene today! No Bunty today🥺
Waise, I really liked yesterdays Shravan- Devraj scene. The best part was seeing Devraj finally being so happy:) Even though he hardly shows, he does love Shravan so much and knows him so well too:)
Precap is a bit confusing....after building up a whole week to Shravan supposedly confessing to Sumo, they are now showing a precap which has Bunty burning that LAW letter Shravan wrote and Sumo finding one piece of it. Shravan seemingly vowed in that letter to never let Sumo know of his feelings....but it seems once again circumstances will decide otherwise. I hope they show that scene finally tomorrow.
