So the question is have you ever participated in a drama?

It can be as an actor/director/producer/script writer or anything!

No I have not

Yes I have! Once as an actor and once as a director and script-writer!

How was the experience?

Both were amazing!

The play in which I acted as an actor, I played the role of a villain😆 a rude, arrogant, indisciplined prince. Ours was a girls school because of which we had to play the roles of boys as well as girls. I was earlier going to play the role of his brother a kind, helpful prince but my friend wasn't eager on playing the role of a villain! So we exchanged the roles😆 We had a scene where we used the fake swords for a fight scenes(the one made up of cardboard) While rehearsing we both broke it and our teacher was very angry😆 The drama was boring but I enjoyed acting as a villain😆

The other one was on our Foundress, we had a competition in our school against all other classes. We already had a basic story in hand but had to write the dialogues and convert the story into a simple story. Then I and my friend had to train the girls for acting! I enjoyed a lot while being the boss😎. By the end our teacher was impressed. We won the 2nd prize out of the twelve groups but while taking the award the award(basically some chocolates and certificates) no one called us I and my friend were really very upset! Even the teacher didn't care for us. But I honestly loved being the director😆 Overall it was a great experience!

Yes, I will love too! I will participate as either an actor or director!

Loads of times as a writer and as an actor. My school used to do tons of plays and Mumbai being the hub of natak companies (Marathi in particular), they used to send us out for drama competitions. We won two as a group.

I used to direct and write small intra school plays for annual gatherings too but they mostly used to be on the comedy side. Aah you made me reminisce the good old days!😆

I would usually participate in dance for annual gatherings😆

When I was 8, I played a carpenter in the Emperor's new clothes

When I was 10, I played a grandma 😆 in a play my friends and I performed for a talent show (This was a EPIC fail)

After that I never participated...also I have stage fright. I hate talking in front of others especially large crowds.

Also, here in high school we have a group called "Theatre Kids" they all participate in plays and are part of the theatre department but they all have a reputation that they are kinda cliquey and weird (sorry if I offended anyone - it's just a stereotype so obv it's not true for all)
