TU HI HAI !!
CHAPTER 1
The award for the best NCC student of academic year 2020 goes to Cadet Shravan Malhotra.
The school ground erupted with applause as Shravan marched his way upto the stage gracefully and saluted all the dignitaries present. The Principal of The Army Public School placed the medal around his neck and handed over the most prestigious trophy to him. All the students clapped and cheered for Shravan. Shravan marched back to the hall and took his position. It was the award giving ceremony of their batch followed by a farewell party organised by their juniors in the evening. All the parents were seated in the front while the student stood in rows at the back. Kavita and Devraj Malhotra's eyes gleamed with pride. Their son had indeed changed a lot. He had become the sober , studious and disciplined Cadet Shravan from the mischievous , reckless and so called cool Shravan. It was Colonel Tiwari's recommendation that got Shravan to the Army School and definitely Suman who had been a great friend and guide to Shravan. They couldn't thank the Tiwaris more, for moulding Shravan into a responsible individual today.
Shravan thanked all his friends , hugged his special buddies and quickly ran towards the SUV where his parents were awaiting his arrival. Kavita couldn't stop the tears of pride as she held Shravan close to her heart. Devraj patted his back and ruffled his hair fondly. Shravan could clearly see the pride and happiness in his parents' eyes . Finally he was the reason for their happiness. Those days were gone when his father had to bow down his head due to the not so good deeds of his son. The Malhotra's settled down in the car and drove to their house. Avni greeted her Shravan Bhaiya with a tight hug and demanded for a treat. After promising her a treat , Shravan ran across to his Sumo's house. Well she hadn't become 'his' yet.
The Tiwaris greeted him with smiles and warm hugs. Dadu had become really fond of Shravan. Dadu gifted Shravan his favourite pen which he had received from his teacher during his school days. Shravan's entire attention was on his lady who was definitely resting in her room with her broken limbs. The plaster cast of her right foot had been removed three days ago while her left hand was still plastered. Shravan quickly made his way upstairs and entered her room.
Suman was busy reading her favourite novel. The sound of hurried footsteps made her look up towards the door of her room. Soon Shravan appeared. She gestured him to enter her room. Shravan held the trophy in his hand and marched from the door towards her bed. He saluted her and took of the medal from his neck and made her wear it. He placed the trophy in her free hand and saluted back.
'Sumo , it's definitely you , who deserve this award. You are a true cadet. You have been a part of NCC for so long , I am just a newbie. You are my inspiration and guide. It's definitely your dedication which motivated me to join NCC. The medal and the trophy is yours to keep ! ' , Shravan said earnestly while looking into her doe eyes. Sumo took off the medal and placed it around his neck and gave back the trophy to him. ' The Army Public School never makes a mistake in judging. When they have given you the title of the best NCC student of the year , then you are the one who deserves it truly. '
She slowly placed her free palm on his cheek , 'Shravan today u haven't just impressed me , but made me proud. My buddy won the most prestigious trophy of the school , this happiness and pride that's surging in me is way more greater than this medal and trophy !! '
The world had fallen mute for Shravan as soon as her soft palm touched his cheek. The lover boy which he had hidden effectively , resurfaced. Heat rushed to his face and his cheeks adorned a pink hue.
He could see her lips moving yet couldn't hear her. He got lost in her pretty eyes .
Haan jiske liye dil bigadne lagaa hai
Woh kaun hai, Tu Hi Hai

Khaas ye kaun hai
