Akash is probably just a look alike of Vyom (IMakers will keep confusing the viewers and the characters that Akash is the reincarnation of Vyom when in reality he will be a normal guy)

Shivani is a normal girl and not Sharanya (although makers will keep confusing the viewers and maybe even Krish might get confused thinking that she is Sharanya as Shivani will behave like her but will ultimately fall in love with Radhika who will be the real Sharanya)

Vyom is alive and locked up

So, makers will show Radhika-Krish as one couple while Akash-Shivani as other couple

they showed the Villen of first life is alive but he trun out monster for doing suicide

another actress come with the rebirth of heroine and got hitch with the Villen alike

In The end it's revel that

the boy whom love the girl , was rebirth with the human body of the monter just because to save the girl .

Untill The body is with him , the monster couldn't marry the girl because monster need to be a body alive his first life to be a human .

whatever shivanya fans may can' watch much movies or Indians fans don' like mystries like Hollywood . I hope it look like this. till yet it is showing the same .only this story can make it epic from Indian as usual on shanti omm.

I don't think that Vyom has become a monster and needs a body...I think he is alive and locked up..In this case Akash is a normal person who will be blamed by others as others will think that he indeed is Vyom

Also as far as the show is concerned I am surr Prateek had taken Shivani to pair him up with Vikram to gain the loyal fan base from previous show...In all probability makers will pair up Shiv-Radhika and Shvani-Akash

Rest we all can only speculate at this point and see which theory comes out to be true
